Tracy Ocasio's Dad Reveals Details In E-Mail

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The father of a missing Orange County woman is revealing new details about the prime suspect in his daughter's disappearance.

James Hataway was the last person seen with Tracy Ocasio at an Orlando bar the night she disappeared back in May. Hataway, however, has never been charged in the case.

According to an e-mail from Tracy Ocasio's father (read full email), Joe Ocasio, Hataway tried blame someone else for her disappearance.

Joe Ocasio also said Hataway lied about several details in the case.

Hataway Facing Murder Charges In Another Case
Hataway Only Person Of Interest In Case Of Missing Tracy Ocasio

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The only person of interest in a local missing person's case is now facing attempted murder charges in another case.

The Seminole County state attorney's office just added a charge of attempted murder against James Hataway.

Hataway has been accused of getting violent with a woman who gave him a ride home more than a year ago.

She said he hit her head on a sidewalk and tried to snap her neck.

That victim came forward in earnest after Hataway was named a person of interest in the disappearance of Tracy Ocasio.

Hataway was the last man seen with Ocasio when they left a MetroWest bar together last May.

The woman in Seminole County who said she was attacked had given Hataway a ride home from a party.
