What can we prove?
I am in the process of doing this same thing on another site to try and sort some of this mess out abut Haleigh.
So here is what I am thinking....if we go by only what can be proven, we should get some sort of time line of our own to work with. That might make it a little easier to fill in the gaps.
Here is the first thing that we know. That is proven.
At 3:40 a/m. officers responded to the Green Lane address because Misti had called them due to Ron telling her to. The reason was that the back door was propped open and Haleigh was not in the toddler bed.
