Reading Colleen Stan: The Simple Gifts of Life

Has anyone read this book yet?
Colleen Stan was the young woman who was abducted by sadist Cameron Hooker and his wife and forced to live in a box for 7 years. Most crime victims never live to tell their own story. I was surprised to learn she had no input in the previous book about her life, "Perfect Victim", and received no money. After years of torture and sexual abuse, today she claims to be normal and average. My only problem with the book is that it covers over 50 years in 250(?) pages which is a lot of material. The book also lacks footnotes and an index, however it is a powerful crime story in Colleen's own words.
