Alberto Gomez Vicuna Jr
Alberto Gomez Vicuna Jr, 32, a math teacher at Gilroy High School in Gilroy, California has been arrested on allegations that he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female whom he met on an Internet social networking site called Tagged.com.
Vicuna came to the attention of authorities when the girl’s parents informed them that Vicuna was having sex with a minor. According to a press release by the San Jose Police Department:
The San Jose Police Department’s Child Exploitation Detail conducted a thorough investigation of the allegations and detective learned that the suspect was currently teaching math at Gilroy High School in Gilroy. CA.
During the investigation it was determined that the suspect had sexual encounters with the victim. The victim did not attend Gilroy High School.
