VERMONT: Richard Foster sentenced on lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, and child porn
Richard Foster
Richard Foster has been sentenced to twenty-five years in federal prison.
He will not be eligible for release until he is 77-years-old.
Foster is also to pay $40,000 in restitution to fund counseling and other expenses for his victims.
