Russell Andrews
Russell Andrews, 33, a former chorus teacher and drama club director at Montville High , Montville, Connecticut was was arrested this morning on sexual assault charges in connection allegations he carried on a relationship with
two students.
He appeared in Norwich Superior Court before Judge Robert Young who set a $100,000 bond and ordered Andrews, not to have contact with anyone under the
age of 21 who is not a blood relative. Andrews’ father Ray Andrews, said his son is married with three young children. He was attempting to post bond this afternoon.
