Daniel Roger Bilbo, 26, reportedly a teacher at Wood Elementary School in West Columbia, South Carolina and girls’ basketball coach at Pine Ridge Middle School, Pine Ridge, South Carolina has been arrested and charged with committing or attempting to
commit a lewd act on a child under the age of 16.
The arrest warrant alleges that Bilbo willfully and lewdly attempted to use his pelvis to commit acts upon the
buttocks of two girls who were under 16, Wright said. The incidents occurred between Oct. 1, 2008, and Jan. 22, 2009, on school grounds during school events.
