SFC (Ret) Ricky Jelen, 46, an ROTC instructor at West Rowan High School in Mount Ulla, North Carolina has reportedly been
charged with two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a student.
Ricky Jelen, 46, of 1640 Shadow Creek St., NW, Concord, was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
According to an arrest warrant issued at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office, Jelen, who is listed on the warrant as a teacher, is accused of taking indecent liberties with a
female student.
