Phillip Vassell
Phillip Vassell, 30, assistant band director from Katy High School in Katy, Texas is accused of sexually assaulting a School girl, including
having sex with her four times between June and July of 2008, said The incidents occurred at an area motel.
Vassell is expected to be in state district court Thursday to answer two counts of sexual assault of a child after being accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.
