ARRIVED HOME AT 5PM, NO HASSEL, ON THE BY-WAYS.
SO GLAD YOU FOUND YOUR Wl SPINNER, UN DAMAGED.AND CLOSE.
YES DAN IS THOUGHTFUL, AND MAKING UP THE BED IS A BIG HELP. DAN LIKES TO DRIVE
SO HE ALSO HOPE TO FISH IN THE OCEAN WHILE HE'S IN BOYNTON.
HE STAYED FROM THE END OF ALS BREAKFAST TILL AFTER LUNCH. THEY HADAN
EXTRA TRAY AND HE HAD HAM AND SWEET POTATOES. AL HAD SOME KIND OF HAM SALAD
SAND, AND DAN ATE PART OF THAT. AL DIDN'T EAT HIS LUNCH. HE DIDN'T EAT MUCH
SUPPER EITHER. THEY HAD COTTAGE CHEESE , MELON AND GRAPES. AND TAPIOCA
PUDDING. AND A MUFFIN. HE ATE THE MUFFIN AND MELON, AND SOME YOGURT I TOOK
HIM. I ATE HIS TAPIOCA.
SO HE WILL BE READY FOR BREAKFAST..
THEY MOVED ART BED( A ) DOWN TO WING ONE, TODAY. SO AL WILL BE GETTING A
NEW ROOM MATE. HE HAS ONLY HAD MR.ASH. AND ART, IN BED (A). THEY SHARE THE SAME
ISLE, GETTING INTO BED ETC, SO I HOPE ITS SOME ONE AL WILL GET ALONG WITH.
CINDY WAS DOING FINE, SUPPORTING THE HOUSE , SAVING ETC, TILL GEORGE GOT THEM
INTO DEBT, WITH THE ON LINE GAMBLING.GETTING CREDIT CARDS TO COVER THE LOSES
THEN RUNNING UP CREDIT BILLS. CINDY USED A LOT OF HER SAVINGS, AND TOOK AN
EQUITY LOAN ON THE HOUSE, SO SHE HAS TWO BIG PAYMENTS ON THE HOUSE SHE USED
THE REST OF HER 401 K TO PLAY CATCH UP ON CAR INS. AND ALL THE OTHER BILLS. SINCE
GEORGE CAME BACK HE'S HAD AT LEAST 3 OR 4 JOBS. HE'S SUPPOSED TO PAY HIS CAR
PAYMENT THE TELEPHONE AND ELECTRICITY BILLS. HE GETS BEHIND ON THOSE EVEN
CINDY SAW A COUNSELOR, SHE TOLD HER TO NOT SUPPORT CASEY AND CAYLEE CINDY
SAID I CAN'T LET THEM BE OUT ON THE STREET.
SHE SAW A LAWYER BEFORE ABOUT THE DIVOREE, BEFORE SHE TOOK HIM BACK. GEORGES
LAWYER, SAID HE COULD GET HALF THE HOUSE ( WHICH CINDY HAS PAID EVERY PENNY
ON, AND ALSO SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY HIM ALIMONY _BECAUSE SHE HAD SUPPORTED
HIM ALL THESE YEARS. CINDY ASKED HER LAWYER IF THEY COULD DO THAT. HE SAID YES
THEY COULD, BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN THE MAIN SUPPORT EVERY SINCE THEY CAME TO
FLORIDA.
"AINT THAT A *****??? ) SHE SAID AIN'T NO WAY HE'S GETTING THE HOUSE THAT SHE
HAS PAID FOR. SO SHE HAS TO STAY MARRIED. KNOWING SHE WILL NEVER GET A HEAD

FROM PAYDAY TO PAY DAY. SHE SAYS SHE KNOWS THERE IS A SICKNESS THAT RUNS IN
GEORGES FAMILY. HIS SISTER SONIE, IS Bl POLAR , LIKE JEANS SISTER JOAN, COMPULSIVE
BE HAVIOR, OVER SPENDING IS ONE TRAIT. LOTS OF OTHERS, CASEY HAS IT TOO
CINDY SAID SHE HAS THOUGHT OF "DOING AWAY WITH HERSELF, IF IT WASN'T FOR
CAYLEE AND DAD AND ME. BUT WITH THE PRESSURE SHE'S UNDER, EVEN THAT MIGHT
NOT BE ENOUGH TO KEEP HER FROM HARMING HERSELF.
SHE SAID THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS HER SANE, IS SHE LOVES HER JOB SO I GUESS

OVEN ANY, IT WASN'T MUCH???
WE HAD AN ENJOYABLE BREAKFAST, CLEARED THE TABLE, THEN WENT OUT IN THE GAZEBO
WHILE RENE' HAD A CIGARETTE. HE WAS SITTING FACING THE WOODS AND HE SAID,"OH! THERE'S
A DEER". I LOOKED AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO THE TREE LINE AND
APPEARED TO BE WATCHING US??? IT STOOD THERE, MOTIONLESS, FOR QUITE SOMETIME THEN

I ATE A HALF CAN OF MARY KITCHEN ROAST BEEF HASH FOR SUPPER LAST NIGHT. THEN I OPENED
THE PACKAGE OF BAKED HAM, I HAD BOUGHT FOR SANDWICHES, AND MADE ME TWO DINNER
ROLL SANDWICHES. THE DINNER ROLLS WERE SMALL AND VERY GOOD.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WILL DO TODAY? I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN DAN & JEAN WILL BE BACK HERE???
I THINK THEY MAY STAY ONE MORE NIGHT , THEN LEAVE FAIRLY EARLY THURSDAY AM???

RENE' ARRIVED HERE ABOUT 7:30AM WE WENT TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE FOR BREAKFAST. IT WAS
OK "FOOD WISE", NOT THE BEST, BUT OK. THEY HAD THE A/C SET SO IT WAS DOWNRIGHT COLD IN
THERE. I HAD A THIN 3/4 SLEEVE BLOUSE ON OVER A SLEEVELESS TOP SO THAT HELPED A LITTLE.
HE SAYS FOR ME TO PLAN TO COOK IN NEXT SUNDAY AND HE WILL BRING LOLA & COCO WITH HIM.
COCO IS THE NEWEST MALTESE THAT PEGGY BOUGHT. I DON'T THINK THEY ARE VERY WELL
"POTTIE-TRAINED" SO WE WILL HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEM.
WE ALSO DISCUSSED ABOUT A TRIP TO SOUTH CAROLINA TO SPEND A WEEK-END WITH ROBIN.
(DEBBIE TOO, IF SHE IS THERE, OF COURSE). WE ARE THINKING THE 25TH THRU THE 27TH? RENE'
IS GOING TO CHECK WITH ROBIN AND SEE IF THAT WOULD BE OK WITH HIM.???
I JUST LOOKED AT THE CALENDAR AND THAT IS THE LAST WEEK-END BEFORE THE NEWSLETTER
COMES OUT. I WILL HAVE TO ASK GINA TO SEND ME THE NEWSY NOTES THE FIRST PART OF NEXT
WEEK. THAT WAY I CAN WRITE THE LETTER AND SEND IT TO GINA VIA COMPUTER.
NO I DID NOT GO BACK OVER TOTHE FARM LAST EVENING. I FIXED A PACKAGE OF OODLES OF

I DID GO OVER TO THE FARM THIS AM. I FED THE CATS AND CLEANED THEIR LITTER BOXES, THEN I
SAT IN MY CAR AND WAITED FOR THE "TENT GUYS".
THEY DID GET THERE A BIT AFTER 9AM. I ASKED THEM IF THEY WERE THE GUYS THAT HAD
BROUGHT THE TENT LAST YEAR, THEY SAID THEY WERE. I TOLD THEM TO PUT THE TENT IN THE
SAME AREA AS BEFORE. THEY WERE SPANISH SPEAKING, SO THEY DIDN'T SPEAK VERY GOOD
ENGLISH BUT I MANAGED TO TELL THEM WHAT WE WANTED.
I SAT IN MY CAR AND WAITED FOR A WHILE, THEN I DECIDED I WOULD CHECK ANDREE IF I NEEDED
TO SIGN ANYTHING? I DID, SO I SIGNED THEN CAME ON HOME. I DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL THEM
ABOUT THE GATE AS I KNEW RYAN & PIKY WOULD BE DOWN HERE AS SOON AS THEY COULD GET
AWAY.
I GOT HOME AND ATE MY BREAKFAST THEN SHADOW AND I TOOK OUR "NAPPY".

PICKED THINGS FROM THE GARDEN. WE GOT THE FIRST RIPE TOMATOES YESTERDAY.
THEY ASKED ME TO GO OVER TO THE FARM THIS AM, AROUND 8:45 AND BE THERE WHEN THE
TENT MEN COME. I GUESS THE OUTDOOR "JOHNS" WILL BE THERE LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND
THEY WILL BE THERE FOR THAT.
THE MAIN MEAT THIS YEAR WILL BE RIBS. TIM & DAVE AND RYAN WILL COOK THOSE. RYAN SAID
THEY BOUGHT 50 LBS. OF REALLY NICE RIBS. I HOPE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE TO START THEM
EARLY AND COOK THEM SLOW FOR THEM TO BE REALLY GOOD??? HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING WILL
TURN OUT GOOD, INCLUDING THE WEATHER.

KNOW CINDY IS BETWEEN "A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE" WITH THIS "CASEY AFFAIR". EVEN
THOUGH CASEY HAS BEEN SUPPORTED, IN EVERYTHING SHE HAS DONE, BY HER FOLKS, SHE IS
AN "INGRATE" AND FOR SOME REASON HAS TURNED HER BACK ON THE PEOPLE THAT CARE THE
MOST FOR HER.
IT IS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT PEOPLE DO AND HOW THEY THINK??? I AM THINKING

I FEEL VERY BADLY FOR CINDY, BUT SHE NEEDS TO BREAK THE TIES WITH CASEY AND GET ON
WITH HER OWN LIFE. (I HAD RANDY WALK OUT OF MY LIFE AND TAKE AARON & BEN FROM ME. HE
CAME BACK, FOR WHICH I AM GRATEFUL, BUT NEITHER OF US HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH AARON
& BEN). I NEVER GAVE UP ON RANDY AND I WAS ALWAYS PINING FOR HIM. HE KNOWS "NOW THAT
THERE IS NO ONE WHO CARES MORE FOR YOU THAN YOUR FAMILY.
CASEY WILL HAVE TO LEARN THAT THE HARD WAY I AM AFRAID. IN THE MEANTIME CINDY WILL
JUST HAVE TO TRY TO GET ON WITH HER LIFE AND HOPE THINGS WILL TURN OUT OK.

CHECK THE AVANTE SCHEDULE BEFORE THEY CAME IN TO DO THINGS??? IT IS NOT SENSIBLE TO
MESS UP HIS NORMAL SCHEDULE, THAT REALLY ISN'T HELPING ANYONE. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT

PATIENT AND YOU".

DONE BEFORE THIS WEEK-END.
SHADOW HAS BEEN OUT, IN , OUT, AND IS NOW BACK IN. HE HAS BEEN CONFUSED SINCE SUNDAY
EVENING WHEN WE DIDN'T GO TO BED AS "USUAL". BY THE TIME CHERYL ARRIVED AND WE
VISITED A LITTLE IT WAS AFTER 11:30 BEFORE WE GOT IN BED. I READ A LITTLE AND TURNED THE
LIGHT OFF ABOUT 12 M.
CHERYL AND I WERE GONE AND BACK HERE 2 OR 3 TIMES YESTERDAY, SO HE WAS IN AND OUT
SEVERAL TIMES. LAST NIGHT WE DIDNT GO TO BED UNTIL ABOUT 11PM, SO HIS BEDTIME WAS
UPSET AGAIN. ALSO WE HAVEN'T TAKEN OUR "NAPPY" FOR TWO DAYS. WE BOTH WILL BE HAPPY
TO GET BACK INTO OUR ROUTINE.
GOSH I HOPE YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE TO CUT YOUR LAWN SOON. I GUESS EVEN WITHOUT ANY
RAIN, THE "WEEDS" STILL THRIVE???
WE WENT TO THE MALL IN ASHLAND YESTERDAY. SPENT THE BETTER PART OF THE DAY THERE.
THE ONLY MONEY I SPENT WAS AT WALDEN'S BOOKSTORE. I HAD A GIFT CARD AND I ONLY SPENT
$7.00 OF MY MONEY. I GOT SEVERAL BOOKS AND A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS.
WE LOOKED AROUND A LOT BUT DIDNT SPEND A LOT. WE CAME BACK HERE AND RYAN HAD LEFT
A MESSAGE. THEY WERE AT THE FARM. WE CALLED AND THEY WERE STILL THERE, SO WE WENT
ON OVER. RYAN GOT ALL THE GUNS EXCEPT THE (2) I GOT FOR RENE. CHERYL WAS GLAD TO GET
RID OF THOSE.
WE STAYED AND VISITED FOR A WHILE, THEN THE KIDS HAD TO HOOK UP A TRAILER TO TAKE BACK
TO TOWN WITH THEM AND WE CAME ON HOME. A LITTLE LATER WE WENT INTO LADYSMITH AND
BOUGHT A PIZZA AT DOMINO'S AND BROUGHT THAT HOME AND THAT WAS SUPPER. (WE HAD
EATEN LUNCH AT "RUBY TUESDAY" AT THE MALL.)
WE STAYED UP AND WATCHED A COUPLE OF TIVO'D PROGRAMS AND VISITED , THEN WENT TO BED
BEFORE 11 O'CLOCK-
IT IS KIND OF USELESS FOR HOSPICE TO GIVE AL A SHOWER IN THE AM WHEN HE IS SCHEDULED
FOR ONE IN THE PM. I KNOW YOU ARE GRATEFUL THEY ARE TAKING AN INTEREST IN AL, BUT
REALLY IF THEY CANT DO SOMETHING TO BETTER HIS CARE, WHAT GOOD ARE THEY TO YOU???

THE GLASSES SEEM TO BE JUST "RIGHT". THEY ARE NOT AS FLASHY AS THE ONES I HAD
ORIGINALLY, BUT THEY ARE A BIT LARGER FRAMES AND THEY ACCOMMODATE MORE AREA FOR
THE BI-TRI FOCALS. I THINK WE FINALLY GOT THEM CORRECT."SO MUCH FOR LOOKING GOOD".
CHERYL ARRIVED ABOUT 10:30 PM. WE VISITED ABOUT AN HOUR THEN "TURNED IN". SHADOW LET
ME SLEEP UNTIL 5:30 AM. I AM DRINKING MY COFFEE AND SHERYL IS STILL SLEEPING. I SHOULD

KNOW HOW SHE GOT HER, BUT SHE SAID TAKE ME TO CAYLEE, CASEY WOULDN'T. CINDY
SAID DOIT OR YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL. CINDY CALLED 911 AND THEY SENT SHERIFFS
DEPUTIES AND TOOK CASEY TO JAIL IN HANDCUFFS.
EVEN BEFORE THE JUDGE THE NEXT DAY, SHE WOULDN'T SAY (TRUTHFULLY WHERE
SHE WAS OR IS. EVERY THING SHE TOLD THEM AND WROTE IN HER STATEMENT PROVED TO
BE A LIE. NO PERSON BY THE NAME SHE GAVE OF THE SITTER. THE HOUSE WHERE SHE
WAS TO HAVE DROPPED CAYLEE OFF, HAD BEEN EMPTY FOR MONTHS.
CASEY TOOK THE SHERRIFS DECETIVE TO UNIVERSAL STUDIO TO HAVE THEM MEET HER
BOSS AND CO-WORKERS. WHEN THEY WERE ALMOST TO WHERE SHE TOLD THEM TO GO.
SHE STOPPED AND ADMITTED THAT SHE HADN'T WORKED THERE FOR ABOUT 2 YRS.
THEY SAID SHE WAS FIRED IN 2006. CINDY DIDN'T KNOW THIS, CASEY WAS RUNNING UP
BILLS AND ALSO USING CINDY CREDIT, SHE IS WIPED OUT.
NOW CINDY IS TALKING BONDING CASEY OUT. SO SHE'S AS NUTS AS CASEY IS WHERE
DOES SHE THINK CASEY WOULD GO, EXCEPT TO HER HOUSE , AND FINISH STEALING HER

the sitter. The cops aren't stupid. They know there was no sitter and know Casey is stalling. She will never get
out of jail and if and when they find Caylee's body, Casey will get the death penalty. I have no doubt
whatsoever. The police will press murder charges even if they cant find a body. They are waiting for the
forensic evidence first but even if it is inconclusive, they will still go after suspicion of murder and hold her
without bail until the trial. They did it to a Conway woman down here and convicted her of murder without a
body and gave her 20 years in prison. Casey better change her story to an accidental death and she may cut
some time off of her sentence. I know I have her guilty before charged but after she destroyed her family for
those worthless people from that club, she more than deserves it.

16th of June. I think Caylee drown in the pool and Casey was trying to call you guys. Since she couldn't reach
you she panicked and put Caylee's body in the backyard to hide her. Then on the 18th of June she returned to
either bury her (borrowed shovel from neighbor) or move the body. The neighbor said he thought it was odd
that she backed into the drive that day. She put Caylee's body in the trunk of the car and drove away. That is
why the dogs hit on the trunk and your back yard Cindy. I dont know how long the body was in the trunk but
Casey abandoned the car on the 24th of June. That is why she never wanted to come back home and stayed
away. She made up the baby sitter a long time ago to cover up for when she said she was going to work. She
figured since you "bought in" to that lie a long time ago she could use the sitter as an alibi. Not one person ever

the 16th of July, as I did Mark Furman on the day he reported it on Greta. He has been working with us
on this case. You are just as bad as the media running scenerios with just bits and pieces of what the
media puts out there. There are a lot of facts that I can not tell you about at this time. Lying does mot
make someone a murderer. I am not in denial. The cadaver dog that hit on the car was the same one that
hit inconsistently in the back yard on the 1st day they were there. That is why the sheriffs office brought
in the second dog out the next day.I watched as they explained why it did not hit in the back yard.
Cadaver dogs are not 100% accurate and can be easily influenced by their trainer. We have already
spoken with the man who started the program on instructing these dogs. He will testify that these dogs
can be influenced by the trainers.They purposely used the 1st dog only, on the car the day before the
bond hearing so the judge would not allow a reasonable bond. The sheriffs office thought that Casey
would crack being in jail this long. She hasn't because she is protecting Caylee. We have a lot of people
working to prove Casey's innocence. We can not come out with other evidence until Caylee is safe. You
need to keep an open mind. If you don't you are just as bad as the media. Why don't you spend your
energy on trying to help us find Caylee. What have you done to put the word out? Think about why its
taken so long for the DNA to come back. The only thing they might have is a few hairs from Caylee in
the trunk. All of our hair is probably in the truck. Hell, Caylee's hair is probably in in my trunk, did I kill
her? As for my neighbor he has told so many different dates and versions of the shovel we cannot keep
them straight. Once he said he was outside working in the yard. Then he said Casey came to the door
and he never went outside, so he did not see her car. He still cannot remember what day of the week or
what week in June it was. One time his wife said she was the one who gave Casey the shovel. No one
hears about that in the news. I could go on all night, but I refuse to waste my energy on justifying any of
this to anyone especially to my own family. I am not mad I am disappointed. Its bad enough you have
little faith in Casey but George, and Lee and I are busting our asses out here every day to find Caylee. I
do not see any support for her from my own family. We get more support from complete strangers.

friends saying that she never mentioned anything wrong with Caylee, and abandoning the car a few blocks
from home and not getting it or worrying about it. It still was worth 3 or 4 thousand dollars. These are things that
a person who's child was missing would not do. She is guilty as hell.mom. Cindy and George have got to be the
stupidest people on earth. Even the psychic says that Caylee is dead. There is not one thing we can do. People
are fed up with them and some even want to hurt them for being so stupid. I always thought George was an ass
hole and I thought Cindy was stupid for staying with him. I guess they deserve each other. They need to blame
themselves for enabling Casey to steal and lie and get away with it. They created her and bought in to all her
lies and excuses for way too long. They are still doing it. It absolutely amazes me. They both need to get
counseling before they go off the deep end, but I think they already have lost their minds.

him and he called the police and had him arrested immediately. He told him that he raised him, gave him a
home and food and this is how he is rewarded. He threw him out of the house. He was 18 years old. That was
8 years ago. The kid apologized and straighten out. I know hind sight is always right but you let it go too far.
She needs her ass kicked and kicked good. Believe me she will get it kicked in prison.
Please get some counseling before it is too late. I didn't want to meddle in your business, but this is way too
