She feel sorry for her and she is so stupid, Casey's life is over because she murdered her daughter because she cramped her partying life style and I would not hand this ***** an oar if she was drowning!!! OK, so she can't order shrimp cocktails, but a sports bra? What does she need that for to jog around her 8x10 cell or the dog kennel she has to exercise in? The prison system in this country is too lenient on criminals. They have more rights and opportunities than the average taxpayer who is supporting their criminal behinds. We have a lawyer up here in NY that went to jail for embezzlement and got a college education and a law degree while he was in the slammer. Now he's out, practicing law with offices all over the state and he's making big bucks. The man is a convicted felon. He got his education and room and board for free while he was in jail. In other words he got a Free Ride and now he's profiting.
There are young adults in this country who want to go to college but can't afford it even with grants and their parents can't afford to pay for it, then you have excuse me but dirtbags like this " Felon Lawyer" who get everything handed to them.
Casey Anthony should be eating gruel and Spam in jail every day instead of Pop Tarts and delicacys.

I agree there more strict prison systems in the world. I know of a few prisons in Israel that are way less lenient that here in the U.S. I remember watching a documentary about Sam Sheinbein who was the Maryland Jewish teenager who murdered a former friend and fled to Israel and was never extradited due
to dual citizenship and legal problems with U.S. and Israel. 20/20 did an investigation into the Israeli prison where Sheinbein is imprisoned and the prison seems a lot like a country club and offered more privileges to inmates than U.S. prisons. I too get bugged at the fact that many felons get a free education in prison while law abiding citizens struggle to get an education.

Perhaps they remembered that Casey's Grandmother (who was living in an assisted care community) was foolish enough to gave her a check for her birthday. She then proceeded to empty out the account using the route & transit number and acct. number.... Nice.

So I want to know why they went to the trouble of traipsing across town for money orders. hmmmm....

The law against extradition that protected Sheinbein was passed around the time of Begin/Shamir and is a real blot of shame on us here (as you can see from my location comment -- is it showing?). The story behind it is long, and if you ask, I'll tell it, but thank goodness that that law was changed after we got stuck with Sheinbein.

Oh, and I know people in the USA (through my job) that told me that those three boys were "Bad Hats" from 1st grade -- they expected that one of them would wind up dead at the hands of the other two, it was just a matter of who would be dead and who would be the murders.

Jewish inmates get a lot of privileged here. Plenty of furloughs, even those who are in for murder!

Most prisoners are eligible for education, including some Moslem terrorists, but education and prisoners are a whole 'nother issue if you ask me. In some cases it really can prevent recidivism.

Either that, or to keep the contribution a secret from whoever else is on the account.
