I loathe this POS with everything in me, I truly believed she murdered Caylee with chloraform, she wanted this child dead and I think she could not bring herself to stab, shoot, or beat her to death, because she gambled on if they find Caylee's body and the ME finds these to be the COD, then she knows the DA would go for the DP, but if the body is recovered, chances are the chloraform would not be detected especially in a body we all know is badly decomposed and she could lie and say it happened by accident, however, this has backfired on her already. I truly think she thought the GJ would not indict her for murder one and how those tears were flowing, I think it entered her pea brain that she is in a world of s**t, that this time, she is not going to get bailed out and is probably in jail till the day she goes out in a pine box.

Her lies, her manipulations, her lack of empathy for her child, her words, all this will ensure a one way ticket to hell, whether that means gen pop or death row. On the DI site, people were musing as to why she should be held in PC? And I told them that CO's are bound by law to keep high profile cases like this loser, like John Couey, in PC for THIER SAFETY as well as the integrity of the prison and some of my friends are outraged that she was already given special treatment, like being bailed out to begin with, they feel she should have been remanded back in July instead of being bailed out on all the charges. As for this b****, she has no feelings for anybody but herself, all about her and Caylee stood in her way of good times, I guess there was one trip she missed, all her friends went and get this, "could not find a sitter" but yet, she claims "Zany" babysat for her over a year and this trip was in March?? Right there is another lie to add to the humungous pile and this will come out in her trial, every lie, every word, every picture of her dancing the night away grabbing some woman's crotch, she at Target, writing checks off her friend's account, the body fluids, the air sample, the chloraform, the hair sample showing the host of the hair has to be dead and I believe that EQUU Search will find her body in that swampy area or the guy who claimed to have seen her with a shovel and a bag out in that area, I at first thought this bird was going for the 15 minutes of fame angle, and what would be in it for him? Nothing. So yeah, she is as good as dead right now, at least she is not being amused like cable TV and IPOD, no cell phone, no makeup, total isolation and that is more than fine with me.

I completely agree, she chose chloroform because it was not messy and she thought it was easier than a gun or a knife and harder to trace. A lot of people think it was some accident and I don't.

Nor do I, I believe Casey thought using Chloroform would mean if the body was ever found no COD could be established leaving her free to either say she didn't know what had happened to Caylee or to make up an accident scenario. If the fumes weren't found in the trunk she may have actually have been right.

Im praying she will tell the truth, that will help set her soul free, but the way she is acting, she will die in jail and go straight to hell.

I agree with you Wind149 to a point. When you talk about they should have kept her in jail with out bond, she was not in jail THAT time for murder, she was a "person of interst" but not a named suspect. Yes, at that time we knew she had done SOMETHING but knowing it and PROVING it are two totlly differnat things.
The CJ system is set up that if you can't charge them, you basically have to let them get bail. Sometimes a judge will set the bail so high they know it can't be met. I am in no way defending her at all/ Dont get me wrong.

I, Too think Casey is a useless POS that is strung out on dope and killed the kid to go party OR sold her off to off set her drug payments.

I also think that she finally told her Mother what happen. I can't remember when it was but the Mother finally said to Nacy Grace one night, I am at peace, I know she is ok.

How on earth can a women "still searching" be at peace unless she knows she cant be harmed anymore.

I say this as I work with criminals and see the "technacality" issue all the time. That would have dismissed all. I would let her be in the mothers house with the ankle bracelet as we build the case until we get enough,

I agree with most of your post wind149, however, when they let her out- and with an ankle monitor.....She at that time was not charged with the crime agaist her daughter, nor was she a named suspect. She was being hed on other charges. That said, And I am NOT defending her in anyway...
No they should not have continued holdig her longer. She was hanging herself at that point, and they also were monitoring her about these things.

The CJ system is setup that if The DA doesn't have enough EVIDENCE to CHARGE you at the time you go. When thy have enough they CHARGE you- then you get he coice of court or plea deal.

Yes she let the tears flow when charged only because she never thought they would charge without a body.
