I was very pleased when the indictment came down, and I barked when a couple of hours before when she was at a press confrence with Baez, tears were just a flowing and I mused that when she was first arrested and being held on $500,000 bail, the tears flowed then too, so it is more than obvious who she was crying for, her own sorry azz!!! And Baez droning on about how CA "is living a nightmare" well hers is just beginning. I found a message board on Discovery ID all about her and people there were wondering about how her life is gonna be behind bars and I told them it will surely be a nightmare. If she gets LWPOP, she would be put in gen pop at some stage and she will have to watch her back 24/7, she will be hated by all, and if she gets the DP, she will be living a miserable existence. She will be locked down 23 hours, a shower every other day, only allowed a 13' B&W TV with no cable, no AC, no makeup or cell phone, visits by attorney only till she goes to the death house, she will get fat fast on that nasty prison food and for somebody who thinks she is hot, should she live to see 40, she will look as bad as Pam Smart now looks and just like Pam Smart, she wanted Caylee out of the way because she stood in her way of partying and Gregg committed a cardinal sin when he cut his hair and decided to settle down and just like Pam, CA has ruined the lives of everyone around her too. I think the DA might try the I will take the DP off the table if you cop to where Caylee's body is, whether it works or not, and it would be to her best interest to do so, but she is listening to that tool Baez who has never sat either first or second chair in a murder trial, I think he wants to make a name for himself, and he truly is seduced by her, he actually believes she is innocent, but that is another thread right there. As for the idictment, wow, pretty fast, I thought it would come down, but not that fast so it goes to show you, just how much evidence they really have on her.

I am very perplexed after looking at the timeline of events and realising that Caey gave explicit instructions for Jesse not to talk to her parents- then in a call to Lee from jail she tells him not to trust Jesse- and Cindy is now saying she thinks he did it because he changed his story as well as the fact he was the ONLY one Casey asked her mum not to talk too? Why. Is she concerned he might tell them something that would nail her? What could this be? Any suggestions.

Probably.When /IF they talked and compared notes, they would all discover she was lying,so therefore,her telling each not to talk,trust the other,imo.She wanted to be in control,BUT OMG, she was building such a big pile of s%#! theres no way that wouldnt come back to bite her in the ass.Just the lying,stealing from close friends and family, NOT to mention, if they all talked, SOMEONE MIGHT REALIZE THE CHILD WAS MISSING !!!!!

I see what you are saying but a lot of these comments were made by Casey after she had already been busted so I wonder if there is something else going on as well?
