RANEE SUE PROPER
anee Sue Proper, 41, a former vocal music teacher at Holly High School in Holly, Michigan has been arrested and arraigned on felony sex charges on allegations that she had sex with two male students at her home and the high school.
Proper is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree.
Authorities are refusing to say if the boys were students of Proper but have indicated that the alleged sexual misconduct took place between December of 2007 and April of 2008. Proper reportedly came to the attention of authorities in May by way of a parent bringing allegations to police.
Reportedly rumors of alleged improper relationships between Proper and students surfaced near the end of the last school year. Proper resigned from the school system in the midst of the investigation.
Bond was set for Ranee Proper in the amount of $50,000 with her next court appearance set for October 24th.
