Diana Zamora and David Graham

The above were teens when they were sentenced to life for the murder of Adrianne Jones. Graham and Zamora were high school sweethearts and Graham confessed that he had cheated on Zamora. She then decided that the only way their love could be made pure again was to kill the girl he had cheated on her with ( Adrianne)

Both were sentenced to life for the killing and will have to serve at least 40 years before applying for parole Adrianne Jones's parents asked that the death penalty not be sought. Since being in prison Zamora got married by proxy to a man who was in another prison- on both sides, someone stood in for the bride and groom.

I remember this one. Both of them were attending service academies when they were arrested. They were both very driven people and supposedly intelligent as well.

I remember this case too. Last year Diane did a Dateline interview and took a polygraph which she failed but she still claims the murder was David's plan and David the plan was completely hers.

I also remember this one. I think they both made the decision to kill her and they are where they need to be. I feel no sympathy for these two at all. Three lives were wasted because of their decisions that night. JMO

There was an article in the Dallas Morning News ten years to the day that David was sentenced and he said that he was very remorseful about the whole thing happening.

I think the only thing he is remoresful for is that he was caught and made to pay for the horrible crime he and Diane committed. Sadly thats what most murders do. It's just my opinion though. ~Suz

I can not imagine someone thinking a cheating boyfriends infidelity could only be made "pure again" by killing the other girl in his life. Unbelievable. When I was 17 my boyfriend not only cheated on me, but he was a year older and was driving my high school's bus when he met the girl he cheated on me with. He finally broke it off with me, to be with her, on Valentines day! Of all things. And after giving me a huge Snoopy "I love you" card and an expensive bottle of perfume.
He was my first serious relationship and it never occurred to me to harm either one.
I just don't understand where people get these ideas from.
Kill the girl your boyfriend cheated on you with!? Break up with him, since he's the one that betrayed your trust, and find a real man to live with. Don't commit first degree murder and spend the rest of your life caged with girlfriends.

In my opinion, they both are right where they belong. It doesn't matter who each tries to claim was the planner of the murder.
That neither one put a stop to it before it set off, makes them both equally depraved and society the better for them being locked away.

So she killed the girl to make her relationship pure again, then ended up with someone else? Wow. People amaze me.

Since they were convicted i've never seen Zamora express any remorse at all for what happened, she says all along that it was David's idea.
David on the other hand accepts full responsibility for what he did and says that he deserves to be in jail for the rest of his life.
All 3 involved (inc the victim Adrienne) had so much going for them - a total waste of life all because of one stupid girls jealousy
