I thought this was one of the best true life movies that i have seen. Charlize Theron played the part of Aileen so well, the only gripe i had was the Selby character- we all knew that she was based on Tyria Moore, and i dont think Christina Ricca was a good pick. All in all though, the movie was amazing and i could not help but be touched by Aileen's story- the life that she had was horrendous at times. I'm not condoning what she did in any way at all but she never had a chance

I thought this was one of the best 'true crime' movies ever made, Charlize Theron played the part of Aileen so well it was eerie. Only thing i did not think was good was the Shelby character - it was obvious that this was supposed to be Tyria Moore and Christina Ricci was too petite to play the part but that's just my opinion

Excellent movie! I've never been much of a CT fan, but she def deserved the oscar for this one. Her resemblance to AW was uncanny, not to mention her acting skills really shined. Overall, the whole AW story is a sad one, but I believe that justice was done in the end.
