[i]I am very wary of posting this information. It has been something that has been with me for years and only recently, have the pieces falllen into place. I currently reside in Victoria, Australia, but was born in Toronto, grew up in Denver, and lived in the L.A. area off and on for some years. I know who the Zodiac is. I met him on a spring afternoon in 1973 that turned into one of the darkest nights of me entire life. It was so traumatic that i believe i supressed it, to a certain extend, never the memory was actually gone, but buried deep in my psyche, where it could do no harm. I realize this was a very long time ago, but I rememeber it like it was yesterday. I am an avid watcher of all things crime, a certain fascination that only begun ten years ago, when I realized i was tucked up safely in Australia. But, the thing that was different about our encounter with the Zodiac, is we got away. I believe this is what forced him to change his MO and mutate into another killler, with another name, in another city. I have put this together over a period of time, and it's not something I've done lightly. Believe me, having the on piece of information that could break the unsolved Zodiac killings wide open is, to say the least, a big cross to bear. I have deliberatly avoided computers for some years, but by a twist of face I recently received a free lap-top, and I believe this was the sign I needed to try and put this information out there. I've thought about trying to contact the lead investigator in Vallejo CA but as it is so long ago, I think I would be met with a certain amount of scepticism. And rightly so. The thing that has made me realize that it all fits together, was a recent programme i watched on Crime & Investigation Network, a cable channel we have in Australia for all things crime. The piece of information was that the Zodiac killers victims, were indeed random. It wasn't about them, it was all about the location. There was a professor of mathematics that somehow put together that in the Zodiac communications, there was an obscure reference to a little known mathematical angle known as a radan. Apparently, it is a precise angle that measures 57.3 degrees. Looking at a map of the Vallejo area and marking out that exact locations of the kills, they are indeed all exactly on a radan - 57.3 degrees, radiiating from an exact location. This loction was called Devils Peak or mountain I can't remember exactly. But through my experience what I have observed and this piece of information, I believe I KNOW WHO HE IS.
