Brian, it's good to see you drop in once in a while. You're right the portion of the book in the link you posted is not factually correct when it comes to the murders, but it's a good story. No witness ever testified the Akita started barking at 10:03. And there is no evidence that Nicole's watch had stopped at 10:03, it was only the time on the watch when a photograph was taken of her the next morning.
I'm not sure if you've seen the discussions regarding EDTA but if not check it out on the thread, "Corruption in Law Enforcement."

Saturday, Oct. 13th...Bill Pavelic is posting on the courttv OJ board. I challenged his "facts", someone emailed him, and now he's posting..trying to defend himself.

On July 20, 1994, as the lead defense investigator in the OJ Simpson case, Bill Pavelic told the mainstream media, that LAPD Detective Mark Fuhrman was a racist and a pathological liar. Mark Fuhrman was vociferously defended by two of Las Angeles “finest”..... discredited LAPD Chief of Police, Daryl Gates and Private Investigator to the Stars, Anthony Pellicano.
The allegations against Mark Fuhrman by Bill Pavelic were made months before Fuhrman’s “celebrated” testimony in the OJ Simpson trial....and.....on January 29, 1996, Bill Pavelic spent hours and hours with California Department of Justice investigators Vickie Ward and George Fawrup, painstakingly going over Mark Fuhrman’s perjuries, Anthony Pellicano’s witness intimidations and myriad of other corruption related issues.

I am sure there will be those that will agree with the book and those that will not just like the 50 or so other books. No, OJ is a boy.... I didn't make a mistake. Men don't smack their ladies around.
Go over to the court tv boards, Pavlic's posting all over the place. He got really pissed off with one poster saying she supports the KKK. He wrote that pretty late last night and misspelled quite a few words. I think he may have had a few drinks. He sure don't like Fuhrman too much, or athiests for some reason.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here and have been waiting a couple of days for Crime Library to activate my account so that I could post. I have not had time to do much blogging until recently and have been posting on another blog for the last week or so. Unfortunately, most posts I read on the other blog seemed to have more smiley's than substance so that is what brought me here.  In the meantime, it seems as though Mr. Pavelic has also started his own blog at http://www.guiltyofincompetence.com/index.html and he said today he will only be responding on that blog going forward. I will be following that one as well since I am very interested in what he has to say. Just wanted to introduce myself to you all here and let you know about Pavelic's blog for any that are interested.

I wonder why it is that there are separate accounts between CTV & Crime library? I see posters from this forum posting over there under a variation of their nic & likewise with posters here. I thought one account accessed both 
I just saw bill pavelic online at CTV, so I guess he hasn't left yet......

I had to register here separately. I was on CTV first but I only have a few posts. CTV is the only message board I've ever seen that closes on the weekends.

As I said, I have only recently had time to spend on blogs and was not aware that one account accessed both. Thanks for the information though. I did register here with the same nickname though, as I am sure you are aware. I believe that Mr. Pavelic in his post on CTV said that he would not be posting there anymore but didn't say anything about discontinuing reading posts or visiting their blog site.

Thanks for the welcome, Diva! Not sure about the two being one or not...
It seems though, that Mr. Pavelic did post a response again on the CTV boards saying that he is not "divorcing" himself from the board but it is much easier for him to respond and can do it more quickly at his own forum.

I think when the Crime library opened this new board that if you were already a member over at CTV then that bought you access here also.
Welcome Sabergal! I know you are not thrilled with me taking Mr. Pavelic to task, but to blindly believe someone because they are in a position of authority is naive. I caught Pavelic in several misstatements already and hope he cleans up some of his "facts" before publication.

Hi Wukong - thanks for the warm welcome!
I have no problem with questioning Mr. Pavelic or anyone in authority for that matter. I agree that blindly trusting anyone is extremely naive and dangerous. I admit a certain fondness for him because I admire his work a great deal.  However, I do expect him to back up his statements and claims in his upcoming book.
