Baby raped by scum bag parents

This is the most disgusting child sex case I've read about. I'm sure there are more cases like the case of these two evil, deranged lunatics. These two monsters raped their own 10 month old baby girl and the freak father raped his 4 yr old son!



Julie Lynn Hinds not only raped her own daughter, but she held a camera and video taped her trash bag husband raping their daughter. And it GETS WORSE. On the video tape he raped his 4 year old son and then instructed and made his son rape the little baby!!!

Thank god their house cleaner found the tape and reported these two sorry losers and the authorities arrested these sub human rats! She is a true hero and deserves recognition and an award for her help in getting these evil, lunatics behind bars.

The evil scum bucket husband has been sentenced to 24 yrs in prison and Julie Hinds is facing anywhere from probation to life in prison.

And we know how court systems treat mothers who abuse their children. Heck, Andrea Yates murdered all of her children in cold blood and instead of getting a needle in the arm like she deserved, the filthy hag is in a lake side nut house that offers dancing lessons!

I just can't help but wonder if this woman will get a tough sentence?

These people are SICK - What is this world coming to - I've often thought it has always been this way but we only no about it now because of media, internet, instant knowledge technology.

On Andrea Yates, she was a truly ill woman who should not have been left alone with those children. Her husband & the psychiatrists are as much to balme if not more - if you read the real story about her you will see - this is a much different scenario.

We are ultimately all RESPONSIBLE for our own actions. I did follow the Andrea Yates trial and I don't care what sort of problems you have. You don't drown your 5 children and get anything less than the death penalty. Everyone keeps talking about mental health. I wish the mental health profession the best in the world, but when you have committed a violent crime like murder you have committed the ultimate crime and you have struck out and it is an issue for the criminal justice system, not the mental health system.

Who is to say the defense team for Julie Hinds isn't going to allege that she was abused by her husband and that she was mentally ill? Some sort of bull crap diminished capacity defense?

I'm tired of excuses being mounted for women who kill and do violent crimes. Whether it is Andrea Yates, Mary Winkler or this child rapist or the serial killer in Canada who is walking free. It's all a bunch of bull crap.

There was a story recently about a woman who killed herself & her children. She kept calling and texting people that she was depressed and thought she might hust her children - no one responded - she & her children were found the next day. Then the people who she had contacted just said "oh we didn't think she'd really do it." !!!

Andrea was pressured repeatedly to have more children and was in & out of mental hospitals - the Psychiatrist messed with her meds and she was let out of the hospital still completely unstable.

You think that is these cases are equal to a child rapist and these Hinds people who are truly EVIL not in a depression induced psychosis?

I disagree, Andrea Yates is a sick woman who was made sicker by her friends, her husband and her doctors. It was a trajedy not the act of an evil person - like serial killers and child rapists.

It seems to me like it is too easy to be mental now days and that is a good excuse in court of law. I find it hard to believe that because you are a little CRAZY it is a good excuse to get off easy on killing someone. I think that is a bunch of bull. What is this becoming go kill your child and say God told me to do it <CRAZY > yeah but you dont deserve to be free or around anybody at all. I just wish that death pentalty was a for sure for murder or rape and molesting someone.... I hope that woman gets life she should.

You are blaming everyone but the killer. That is a bunch of left wing nonsense. I’m tired of excuses for criminals especially women criminals. Whatever happened to PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY? There is NO EXCUSE for violent acts against children. Our court systems need to send a message that we have ZERO TOLERANCE for child abuse. If you rape a child, drown them or beat them there is no excuse.

And like I said earlier, I support mental health but when you murder someone it’s late your chances for mental help are up and you got to be punished to the fullest extent of the law if you harm a child.

Our court system has to become more conservative when dealing with child abuse.

Actually what Andrea did was much more despicable. She killed her victims. Thank god the victims in this case aren't dead.

I am not blaming everyone but the killer - in Andrea's case she was truly ill - she did it and in THIS CASE others ARE to blame - I blame her too but they contributed GREATLY -

We cannot say "well someone could have prevented this, so we aren't going to punish the actual murderer to the fullest extent of the law." And just because the perp. has a history of mental illness doesn't mean we should have compassion for them. Here in America we are ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN ACTIONS. Andrea was an adult, and she murdered her children. She deserves the ultimate punishment. End of story.

And the reason I bring the Yates case up is that she escaped a harsh sentence of LWOP or the death penalty because she was a mother. Mother's and women in general seem to get soft sentences. And this dirt bag, poor excuse for a mother, could very well get a soft sentence. It wouldn't shock me. That is the context in which Andrea Yates fits in here.

This is why I think these kind of people deserve the death penalty - I have never used this word before and I thought I'd seen it all - UNFATHOMABLE!!!

I do see where you are coming from, but its probably too hard or `emotional` to successfully argue degrees of evil re. A. Yates, and have her in a category of `less evil`as an argument!!!! (I personally think she should have taken her own life if she was that sick and depressed). But, in theory, these parents are far more evil than a mentally sick person because they did this for absolute pleasure, taped it, and who knows how far they would have taken this abuse. I think in the end they would have gone further (if thats possible?) with their sick torture, and who knows if they would not have killed the children.

Infact, the more I think about it....these parents are so depraved....that it leaves me lost for words. How do you get people who would even think up these activities with their babies????
