I read the free excerpt: http://andjusticeforsome.com/Free_Excerpt.html and I agree with all the points Wendy Murphy mentioned above. It does seem as though criminals have the advantage in our criminal justice system and the rights of the victim and the rights of the victims family are often forgotten.

I'm glad there are starting to be more books about victims rights. Nancy Grace and Wendy Murphy are the only ones I know of that have written books that take on our liberal criminal justice system. Most of the books around bias are ones that are always about innocent people, we hardly hear of the stories of victims being screwed over.
