I just noticed the reputation points and comments in the UserCP. Can I buy lawn chairs with those points?

I think we should get to cash them in like the old Wheel of Fortune deal. Personally, I'd like to spend my 3220 points on taking away all of Nancy Grace's makeup (she could be the next Tammy Faye, but I still love her!), getting an acknowledgement that Dominick Dunne IS older than Moses, and getting Kim Guilfoyle to come back to CTV, er, TruTV, to deliver trial news to me in person!

Just 2950 points more and I'll pass you!. Yeah, I like Kim too. She just couldn't stomach all the BS coming out of the Geragos camp.. You have to love her just for that.
Nancy's great, but not with her own show.. She's good for about five minutes just to let everybody know the defendant is guilty and the defense attorney is lying..

It's quite an achievement, especially when performed concomitantly.
I believe didgereedoos are played that way - taking a breath in at the same time as you somehow exhale into the instrument so that there's no break, so that you only hear one constant humming deep sound, but with many variations in depth, pitch, length and bass that defies logic.
IMO, Scott could have been an expert at it.

The longer your green bar is, the more rep you have.  Green is good. Some boards let you give negative rep, CL doesn't allow that anymore. You could have a black bar. That's bad.
In your user cp, a green dot means you got good rep on a post, grey means neutral, but only because the poster doesn't have enought "rep power" to register good or bad. Rep power is the number of posts combined with that poster's own rep. It get confusing. Red would be a negative comment, but FH20 disabled that here.
IMO its a bit silly. But the rep system was abused here apparently. You have good rep! That means you're well liked!

I know and appreciate your posts.
IMO, there's no such thing as a "dumb question". A question is what it is. It's a way to elicit more information than you already have, or think you have.
When we stop asking questions, we might as well give it all up.
As to the other, I suggest your best bet is to contact the moderator for an explanation to your query about "points".
What I care about is participating in an open, honest and friendly forum where we can feel free to express our opinions, EVER mindful of all the sensitivities of others.

How lovely!! I don't know how a didgereedoo works either, but when it does, it's a great spectacle - the artists breathe in and out without pause and produce the traditional sounds as though they're just drawing breath. But they need help to live in our society and we don't know how to give it.
