The man you are looking at was found in a video file of a child porn ring member who was arrested by the Toronto Police in July.
They say that the acts on this video were so heartbreaking and so disturbing that they feel the trm sexual assault doesn't do it justice.
He is a paedophile who is on video molesting a child and the police say he may be from Canada as he has gone by the nic "Canadian Girl".

The man caught at the end of the tape in conversation with Munit is thought to be the killer. He was murderedas he waited outside a daycare centre for his girlfriend. While waiting he was holding the cell phone and waiting for it to be ready to record a voice mail and that is the conversation you can hear on the above link!

Here's the problem with identifying this child predator- they operate in secret. Although his nic is Canadian Girl, he could be living in Los Angeles, CA.

My take on this is that no enough exposure is being given to him by the media- this is the first time I've seen his photo.

I think you are correct about the 'mark' being a birthmark sharlock. The shape of the 'mark' is not defined enough to be a tattoo. imo

I'm thinking the fuzzy picture looks like this guy:

If you were to shave his head and add a mustache - look at the way it looks like his mustache would grow on his shaven face. Also look at the red spot under his right eye. In the fuzzy picture it looks like there might be one of those tear tatoos near his right eye...

I know (from seeing Jack McClellan change his appearance from dark and covered [trench coat/hat] to light and athletic{white tank top and shorts}) that these guys like to work on having different looks - like shave the head and grow out the goatee and then after the evil deed is done grow out the head hair and shave the goatee...

Look at the picture with this article! Looks like the same grey shirt and the fuzzy face looks the same - could they have gotten the wrong photo? Looks like the same guy to me. I have seen Jack McClellan in person and did not connect the fuzzy picture with him until seeing this other fuzzy picture of him. What do YOU think???

He might have made videos of his trip down to Argentina - were the victim kids in the videos Argentinan??? He talks about his trip to Argentina on his web sites which you can get to by using the Wayback Machine, I just stumbled on it after trying a whole bunch - and also his prostitute guide is still on the web.

You are right Bipsy, this seems to be from the same group of pictures. It seems strange that a pic like this would be on an article to do with Jaqck if it is not him but then it would be strange to think that it was him and he had not already been charged, so I lean towards a mistake having occured but this would be a huge mistake if it has happened. That first man that Bipsy linked too, he bears a resemblance to the guy in the OP, but his face is longer and his nose is different. I saw this with the naked eye but I also did a comparison in my graphics program, they don't match.

However, and this is freaky, the article that Bipsy links us too about Jack - well, I took a photo of Jack from another thread here, overlaid it on the guy in the OP and they look creepily similar. The eyes are the same shape and in the same location, the mouth matches up.

I don't rightly know what that says, but it very creepy.

The mark under the chin could be a bite or scratch mark?

It is very creepy DDK so I decided to pass it on to a DC in the Toronto Police dept. Sex Crimes Unit. They have replied and said they will be passing the information on to the Child Exploitation section to follow up. It may be nothing but it should be checked out imo. I just want to thank Bipsy, Odette, Tuscan Dreams, Results and DigitalDreamKat for all your effort and diligence. You guys are amazing!!!!!!!

I think it is the same guy, considering the clothing, pose and couch also factors into this. The faces are remarkably alike and the guys are both peds.

I hope that this gets cleared up. The more I read on how these guys operate, the more I fear for kids who have no chance against these preditors. These peds spend their whole life trying to perfect their methods of capturing kids....they personify evil.

I agree Sharon they are brilliant and I wondered if anyone might be able to help me find the name of the reporter who wrote the article? The linked article doesn't give the reporters name. I emaeled the paper but noone has replied as of yet.
