further developments for F.O.C.U.S. Organization
Finding Our Children Under Stress (F.O.C.U.S.) Org. has it's first "franchise" style missing child 'mobile awareness center' active. a volunteer living in the San Juaquin Valley section of CA is now traveling every week-end to church fundraisers, festival, carnivals, and fairs where he sets-up the vendor style booth (the organizations name and logo displayed on the booth) with laminated color missing person notices displayed prominently throughout the booth. the F.O.C.U.S. Org. missing person display binder is also out for display in the booth for the duration of the high attendance events (over 200 flyers of missing persons on display in the binders - which have been left for display in over 2,000 post offices in nine states. donations are accepted at the booth during the event and 100% of the donations go directly into the help find and prevent missing children programs developed by the organization. it's a completely volunteer organizaion, there are no salaries or wages.
come on people this is the crimelibrary i put out a couple of hypothetical questions regarding the responsibilities of an attorney at the time of a Will signing. someone must know the "legal" role of the counselor. is it the legal responsibility of the attorney to have the two witnesses and notary present at the time of the signing? and, is it legal for the attorney to sign as one of the witnesses? and, is it ethical to have a client sign the will, then the attorney gives it back to them, and asks them to take it out and find two people to witness that it's the clients signature on the will?
