5/25/07 National Missing Child Awareness Day
There Are No New Amber Alerts On The Amber Alert Ticker Today - The Ticker Is The Color White. Eight Unsolved, Previous Amber Alert Cases, Are Still Listed As Current.
Remember To Sit Down With Your Family Periodically And Go Over The Safety Rules About Keeping Safe From Abduction (the Four Rules Of The "be Smart-know The Rules-campaign" Should Be Part Of Everyone's Daily Safety - There's Almost As Many Missing Adults In This Country As Missing Children (yet The Feds Keep Cutting The Funding To The National Clearinghouse For Missing Adults - Undermining The Efficiency Of The Federal "kristen's Law" - There Staff Has Gone From Thirteen To Three - The Feds Should Be Held Criminally Accountable For The Mismanagement Of The Annually Federal Funded Laws And Programs Not Being Managed So They Reach The Level Of Efficiency They Are Originally Intended And Instructed - If They Were Managed Correctly The Number Of Missing Would Go Down And A Lot More Already Missing Would Be Found.
Over One Week Ago I Contacted The People In Charge Of The Amber Alert And The Ncmec To Inform Them That 5 Of 8 (five Of Eight) Children Listed In The Amber Alert As "current Amber Alerts" Still Missing, Are Not Listed In The Ncmec As Missing (it's Been Over A Week And They Still Haven't Corrected It). Does Anyone Else Find This Totally Outrageous And Insane? Families Of The Missing Should Not Have To Deal With The Inefficiency Of Our Elected Government Representatives And Federal Agencies Responsible For Managing The Federal Laws And Federal Programs Pertaining To Finding Missing Children (they Have Enough To Deal With Because Of The Loss Of Their Missing Loved One) Until There Is Some Form Of Public Outrage (that Gets The Attention Of The Media) This Criminal Negligents, Of The Federal Government, Is Going To Continue.
