Question choose2question introduction

Hello all

My name is Laura Adams-Jenkins. This is my first time on a message board. I'm searching for help/feedback/thoughts on my son's case. We have a website entitled "choose2question.com". If you have the time please read what we have presented and especially view the video of him being interrogated at the police station. My son is in jail for a crime he did not commit.

Welcome to Crime Library. I'm going to check out your site. I'm sure many of the others here will also take a look.

I have looked at your site but haven't really had time yet to digest it all as I am at work. I have also passed this on to people I know via email to take a look at it as well.

If what you say is true (again I haven't read it all) this is surely a travesty of justice.

Hi. I just looked at your website. Sorry to hear what happened with your son. Did he do a jury trail?? If he didn't, Then he may want to try to get one. Reading the information on the case didn't add up to me either. For one, Why would the female officer turn her video tape off for any reason? That is there for a reason. It would also show very important evidence. For another why did the prosecutor's office send the blood sample to the Medical Examiner's office instead of the orginal place the cops were going to send it to? I don't know. Somethings about their case doesn't add up to me. But I would seriously get a jury train instead of depending on the judge to decide if he's innocent or not. The jury can see all the evidence and hear both sides and go from there. Good luck with his case. I don't believe he did it!

You're exactly right about the recorders. It bothers me too. There is just too many things that don't add up to me. Seems to me that someone there is hiding the real truth on what happened that night. That recorder is there for a reason... She can still use her "memory muscle" with it on... But that recorder would show what happened. And for other cops and everyone saying that he did not seem drunk or smell acohol on him.. My fiancee has read it with me but he see's it from both sides. I can somewhat understand about the acohol smell but for the fact that this cop turned her camera off when it would hold curcial evidence.
