Hi Mishell1383,
Where did you get your night guard? I use a One-Size fits all from TotalGard and it feels great. I do not have to worry about cracking or breaking (not molded/boiled to the teeth).

I'm going to London next month for a week.
Anyone got a hotel recommendation? I'm trying to hang in at around 100 pounds, but I can go up another 15 if it is a really good place.
