FRANCONIA NH - FRANCONIA, N.H. (AP) - A police officer was fatally shot and run over by a man who had assaulted him four years earlier, authorities said Saturday. The shooter, a cousin of ski champion Bode Miller, was then killed by a passer-by who grabbed the officer's gun.
This is a very tragic story.The police officer was only trying to do his job, and that is how he got paid.They want to try to blame it all on the officer and he is the one their cousin shoot and shoot him in the back never the less.
I am very surprised to hear that someone stepped in you don't see much of that these day. Most people turn and look the other way.Thank GOD that they are not going to charge the man the shot the shooter. I his the hero in this story. My PRAYS are with the family
