Victim Information:Victim 1Lars Baugher, White Male, 2 Years Old, 2 feet 7 inches tall, 29lbs., Blonde hair, Green eyes,. Additional information: Hair has been cut shorter and darkened but is still blonde. Clothing description: Brown or green jacket, blue jeans, black Converse shoes. 03-27-2007 @ 2000 hrs; Believed to be wearing POWDER BLUE SWEATSHIRT JACKET, GREEN & WHITE SHIRT, GRASS GREEN PANTS, AND BLUE TENNIS SHOES
Victim 2 Remi Baugher, white Female, 4 Years Old, 3 feet 1 inches tall, 37lbs., Blonde hair, Hazel eyes,. Additional information: Hair cut shorter (poorly) and darkened, but still blonde. Clothing description: Pink jacket w/heavier yellow jacket over the top, blue jeans, Strawberry Shortcake shoes. 03-27-2007 @ 2000 hrs; believed to be wearing SPORTS LOGO JACKET-POSSIBLY REVERSABLE, JEANS, NAVY OR BLACK TENNIS SHOES.
Suspect Information:Suspect 1 John Baugher White Male 34 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 lbs., Brown hair, Green eyes,. Additional information: Has 3-4 days growth of beard, quite heavy and black. Clothing description: 03-27-2007 @ 2000 hrs; Believed to be wearing GREEN ARMY COLORED BUTTON UP SHIRT, GRAY SWEATSHIRT TYPE JACKET AND PANTS.
