an amber alert was issued for lars and remi baugher from the state of washington, on march 25 (go to the amber alert web site for more detailed info). according to the federal "nalc/usps child alert program" within 24 hours of their being reported missing, an e-mail (including photo and id info) is to be sent to every post office in the country and their missing child poster notice is to be displayed in every post office lobby and workroom floor area (so the carriers can view the photos before and/or after their routes). if you happen to be going to your local post office soon please check to see if their flyer is displayed (or any missing child flyers are displayed) and let me know what you find (incllude zip code and the date on any flyers found). the info will be used as part of a study (done by the "finding our children under stress {f.o.c.u.s.} organization) to determine the percentage of post offices actually following the instructions for this national federal program established and annually funded to help find missing children.

this amber alert for lars and rimi baugher remains active today. yesterday i went to six post offices around the san francisco bay area (half moon bay, princeton, millbrae, san bruno, san mateo, and burlingame) and not one of them had any type of missing children notices on display (other than the binder our organization left in the lobby containing the missing child notices of just over 200 missing children). the "NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM" (one of the primary help find missing children national programs managed by the federal government) did not display the flyers of these missing children (in every post office lobby and workroom floor area) within 24 hours of their being reported missing - as instructed for the Child Alert Program.

MISSING PERSONS AND THEIR RELATIVES ARE THE VICTIMS OF A CATASTROPHIC DISASTER. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT DOING WHAT IT TELLS THE FAMILIES OF THE MISSING IT IS DOING.

MOST OF THE ANNUALLY FEDERAL FUNDED HELP FIND AND PREVENT MISSING CHILDREN NATIONAL, FEDERAL LAWS AND PROGRAMS, ARE MISMANAGED AND THEREFORE UNDER-UTILIZED.

TRAGICALLY, MANY OF THE U.S. HELP FIND AND PREVENT MISSING CHILDREN FEDERAL LAWS AND FEDERAL PROGRAMS ARE BEING USED AS THE MODEL FOR LAWS AND PROGRAMS BEING DEVELOPED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN. THEREFORE, OUR MISMANAGED AND UNDER-UTILIZED LAWS AND PROGRAMS (TO HELP FIND AND PREVENT MISSING CHILDREN) WILL BECOME GLOBAL MISMANAGED AND UNDER-UTILIZED LAWS AND PROGRAMS.

THESE MISMANAGED AND UNDER-UTILIZED FEDERAL HELP FIND AND PREVENT MISSING CHILDREN LAWS AND PROGRAMS ARE TO THE MISSING AND THEIR RELATIVES, WHAT THE WALTER REED HOSPITAL TRAVESTY IS TO WOUNDED VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

because of a surveillance camera spotting of john baugher and his children in montana the amber alert has been expanded. remi baugher's (4 year old girl) appearance has been altered: darker hair and cut shorter and wearing boys clothing. the father, john baugher, is growing a beard.

and once again, if the federal government help find missing children national program (NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM) was being managed at the level of efficiency it is intended, instructed, and annually funded, every post office in the country (and especially in the tri-state area where they disappeared from) would have e-mailed missing child notices of remi and lars baugher (as well as a photo id of the suspect) displayed in every post office lobby and workroom floor area in the country (workroom floor area of the post office so letter carriers can view the flyers before and after their routes).

03-27-2007 @ 2000 HRS; Tips from the public have enabled us to confirm that John and the kids were all together this afternoon at a fast food restaurant in Missoula, MT. We are continuing to follow up with Missoula authorities and FBI.
