offer of help

hello all you spinning, orbiting, wobbling space travelers along your path on space craft earth. i just joined the library and extend an offer to anyone who needs help searching for a missing person/child, contact me. I'm one of the volunteers with a not-for-profit national charity who's mission involves helping find missing children (both short-time and long-term missing), and education, to prevent missing children. finding our children under stress (f.o.c.u.s.) organization was created and founded by families and relatives of a reported missing child. f.o.c.u.s. is not trying to change the laws we're trying to encourage fixing the federal laws and federal programs already developed to help find and prevent missing children.
when a child is reported missing, according to the written instructions describing the management of the "USPS Child Alert Program", within twenty-four hours of the missing person report every post office in the country should have a missing child notice posted and displayed, in the 24/7 section of the lobby and where postal carriers can view them before and after going out on their route. If this federal program actually functioned at this level of efficiency, imagine how much more effective the Amber Alert would be - shawn hornbeck probably would have been located within three months of his abduction.
