PR: Police Looking For Information On Reported Rape Of Teenage Girl

Early this morning, March 23, 2007, at approximately 7:22 A.M., IMPD officers were sent to 3740 Decamp Drive reference a rape investigation of a 14 year old IPS student. Officers arrived and spoke with the victim who said she was standing at her bus stop at 41st and Alsace Drive when a black male pulled up in a white car. The suspect got out abducted the victim at knife point and drove her to a vacant house at 3740 Decamp Drive where he raped her. After the attack, the victim ran to a near by house where 911 was called. The victim described the suspect as a black male, approximately 5-9 tall, wearing dark colored pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt, and armed with a knife. His vehicle is described as a white car, possibly a 4 door. The victim was taken to Riley Hospital for injuries to her face from being assaulted and from a laceration to her finger from the knife.
