good news for a change
fantastic, this four year old was found safe. i wonder if the federal program (the NALC {National Association of letter carriers}/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM) was activated when this missing child report was recorded? according to the instructions for this federal program, 'within 24 hours of the missing child report, every post office in the country is to display the photo id notice of the victim in the post office lobby and workroom floor area (so the letter carriers can view the flyer before and after their routes).' just imagine how much more effective and successful the amber alert would be if the annually federal funded "nalc/usps child alert program" was managed so it functioned at the level of efficiency it's intended and instructed.
