PR: Suspect Arrested In Connection With Several Break-Ins

Hendersonville – On Monday, March 12, 2007 the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office arrested James William Morrissey in connection with several break-ins in the Crooked Creek neighborhood of Henderson County. The suspect was arrested at his residence at 134 Brandon Road.
James William Morrissey is charged with three counts of First Degree Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering. Currently he is in the Henderson County Detention Center under a $300,000 bond.
There are additional charges pending against Morrissey and as soon as those are resolved further information will be released.
