Flamming Mad 10 month old baby in Boulder dies???

I dont watch much TV or read the news because Im busy taking care of my own two babies but I just now watched on fox news, the case of a 10 month old baby beaten severely for months, brought to pediatrician, the peds saw the injuries were so bad they called 911 and took baby to emergency room, where they found like a dozen broken bones, severe injuries to the head etc etc, I got tears in my eyes watching this it was so horrific!!!! Im steaming mad because they said the DA did not indict the parents because they too lawyered up? WHAT THE *#@! is going on in that county that is keeping these babies from getting justice??? This is litterally insane, when will they appoint a new prosecutor? It seems like someone is getting paid off in boulder if you ask me!!!!
