It all started with 'Red Dragon' in 1981 and then in 1988 there was 'The Silence of the Lambs' and in 1999 'Hannibal'. Now, just in time for the holidays, Delacorte Press will be publishing Thomas Harris's latest book “Hannibal Rising” on Dec. 5. The 356-page novel is said to chronicle the early life of Dr. Hannibal 'The Cannibal' Lecter.
