FL Victim Needs Help After TX Ignores Pleas

For nearly *8 YRS* this mother had raised her son in Florida free of the abuse she fled many years before from Texas. Forced to return to Texas due to illness, her abuser caught up with her and her son, and despite multiple pleas for help, her cries went unanswered, and her domestic violence protective order IGNORED. The most serious problem with this is that each time the abuser wins against her with backing of police refusing to enforce, his actions become bolder and bolder. Mom reported her abuser to child protective services and police mutltiple times for allegations of sexual abuse after her daughter made outcries in 2003 and 2004. THE REPORTS WENT IGNORED. Even scoffed! January 28, 2006 Ronnie Cummings was arrested as a fugitive from justice in Hernando County Florida for allegations of child molestation and forced prostitution - children as young as age 5 - and photographing the molestations and selling them on the internet!!!

“If Only Someone Had Listened to Me! Why wouldn’t they listen to me?!” If someone had listened to Mom, at least one child would not have had their lives permanently altered by this man who now stands accused!!

Who will help to undo the damage this Mom and her son have endured?? Texas has violated Federal Law, Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, and without determining jurisdiction, simply flexed her gavel, allowing Ronnie access to little J.R. without supervision. They took custody of little J.R. She is not allowed supervised or unsupervised visits, no letters, and no calls. Mom has not abused or neglected her son. Is there Victims Compensation or assistance through the Domestic Violence laws and acts that will help this mother, a Victim of Domestic Violence, put her life together again so that she and her son can live in peace? Now that the truth has been revealed, will anyone take a stand against the abuse the Texas courts have wrongfully asserted over your fellow Floridian?

Call to All Floridians: Texas is Messin’ with your “neighbor” and now that Ronnie is locked up, she can sleep with the light off! If she is ever going to be able to return to the life she had created for herself and her son, as citizens of Florida, she needs help.
