son and childhood sweetheart murdered

I live in St Joseph mo.My son Danny Watson moved back home in 2002 after his divorce. In the mean time he had reconciled with his child hood sweetheart Dawn Thornton. He and Dawn had met when she was 8 and he was 10.After many years their friendship escalted and they had a little boy.Well they both went their separate ways and after 11 years back together. He bought his first home on Feb.27 2004 and moved Dawn and the 2 little boys in that night.April 25th 2004 3 low life scums broke down their back door looking for the drug dealer that had ripped them off that lived in the house prior to when my son bought it.They pisto. beat my son's face and shot him 3 times and Dawn 2 times in the head while she lay in bed. They pisto. beat my son's face and as he got up to run they shot him down like a sick dog.The guy theri were looking for was black my son was white so this could not of been mistaked identity. They were also black. We finally went court on Nov.17th 2005.The 2 that killed our chldren got life without parole and will be sentence Jan 13 2006.We wanted the death penalty so bad we could taste their blood. We still have one more trial for the 3rd defendent. The police say it was mistaken identity but no way. They knew they had the wrong people and slaughered them anyway.the liltle boys found them the next morning after stayng all night with the other grandparents.Getting justice will never ever be clousure for us.As for me not until I leave this world. We all hurt so much every every day.It is on my mind till I go to bed and till I wake up.I hate this so hateful world. Glora Watson This is St Joseph Mo's first ever double homicide ever.

That is so sad, and you have my deepest condolences. I'm glad those animals are off the streets forever.

I pray that God be with you all and give you the strength to get through this. I have to wonder if the previous owners of that house can be held accountable maybe in a civil court because they likely moved out in a hurry and knew they were in danger there. They should have warned the new owners that they may be in danger. But, if they are ripping off drug dealers they most likely don't have any money that you could get for the children. Maybe they could be charged with manslaughter because there reckless actions caused the death of the innocent victims. Either way I wish the children well. What a sad situation....
