I think they will jail any of them they catch out after the curfew. I can honestly say we have some judges here that just won't tolerate the behavior of sex offenders. Manuel Banales is the judge who was on Dateline and 20/20 for ordering sex offenders to put signs in their front yards saying "a Registered Sex Offender Lives here".
I don't think there'll be enough manpower to monitor each sex offender, but it tells me that at least the city is trying to do something about the problem.
