OMAHA, Neb. -- It's been more than a year since Philip Gibilsco, 41, of Omaha, was convicted and sentenced for sexually assaulting a young girl, but he has yet to serve a day in prison. A $50,000 appeal bond bought him some time, but that time appears to be running out.

Thats just terrible. This man should infact be behind bars. I makes me sick to hear that he is free, and his victim is trapped with having to free herself from his crime.
