The best way to win a war is to not fight one. To be able to acknowledge when we are wrong, helps us to get it right, imho. A receptive mind and open heart will allow you to go further than you dreamed. When justice stands still, only the fool hearted, will contemplate pursuing even the most just of causes. Free your mind and the rest will follow.

I understand and you were not trying to deny the history of the fact that law enforcement has wrongly incarcerated many private citizens. The Case of Lenell Geter, who was wrongly convicted of bank robbery in Texas, readily comes to mind.

that lab person held the same trusted job as d fung and AM. they were trusted to test the evidence but they stole some for themselves. saying they were not cops does not solve the problem as the prosecutor depends on them to give accuirate test results and they didn''t
there was also a situation in the SF police lab where over 400 cases the lab gave false results to the prosecution and testified in court on evidene that they had NEVER even tested and people were convicted as a result.
The person just made up false reports and testified to it in court. we have no way to know if this happens in other places or not.

"A Broken System
Wrongful convictions are familiar territory for Texas, a state that has been in the hot seat for the past decade due to the alarming frequency of exonerations. Texas is the state with the highest number of prisoners found to be innocent following DNA testing, according to the Innocence Project, a national organization working to exonerate wrongfully convicted people."
http://www.southerninjustice.com/200...pt-prosecutor/
"During the 30 years that Steve Russell has worked in the 20th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office (much of the time serving as the top prosecutor), although relatively small and comprised mostly of the rural farming communities of Southwest Florida, that office has established a record of having the highest number of wrongful convictions in capital cases in the entire country. Incredibly, just this one office has sent more innocent men to death row (subsequently released by the courts) than most other entire states, combined."Doc Holiday

do you mean you did not see
look there are many cae where innocent people have been sent to jail becase of false police testimony and corrupt proecutors actions. the IP has proved that. the slow process of the IP when they deal with courts and prosecutors is what causes the release of innocent people to be so slow. but there are many just waiting to have their cases reviewed.

another case
hipcheck.
you are not responsible for the actions of the SF and Georgia cops criminal actions. I have no reason t believe you would lie in your testimony.
so it makes no sense fo you to make excuses for their behavior. call a spad a spade is the best course. imo

when a crima is committed le goes to the community and talks to all other past or current criminals. through threats they get these people to agree to testify to evade being charged in the crime.most are on probation and cannot afford to be charged so they just cooperate with le and the da and testify falsely against a defendant to evade being charged.that is why there are so many problems with 'EYEWITNESS' when it is later proved that the defendant was not guilty.
