Another new judge in ex-officer Drew Peterson case

JOLIET, Ill. – There's another new judge in former Illinois police officer Drew Peterson's murder case.

Chief Judge Gerald Kinney granted a defense request Monday to replace Judge Carla Alessio-Policandriotes (pahl-ee-KAN'-dree-oh-tihs). The case will now be handled by Judge Stephen White.

It was only last month that Alessio-Policandriotes was named to replace another judge, that time at the prosecutor's request. Shortly afterward, she refused to reduce the defendant's $20 million bail.

Peterson is charged with first-degree murder in the 2004 death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

The former officer in the Chicago suburb of Bolingbrook pleaded not guilty. He has been named a suspect in the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, missing since 2007.

I think he is a actor in every word when it comes to acting. I think he has a Dbl personality and can hide it very well. Like a Dr.Jeckle and Mr. Hide type of thing going on. I mean I can see he can use his expresions and he's good with making himself very calm and unexpresive...I saw his face on TV when he was doing a lie detector test and You can tell he was focusing on facial expressions and such for duking that test. I hope he gets booked because he is not true to heart!
