Summary of Cindys State interview

Cindy states she works for Gentiva Home Care and does not directly treat patients but she is a manager of clinical practice and she oversees a caseload of 120 patients through nurses under her.Regarding Casey's not graduating she was 1/2 credit short and it was a teacher and a counselor's fault because they gave her the wrong information. She told Cindy the truth on graduation day. Nevertheless, Cindy says many schools wanted Casey because of her photograph portfolio. Then the investigators broach the subject of sexual contact between Casey and Lee and they tell her two sources said Casey told them this. Cindy says she does not believe that and that as far as she knows Jesse is the only one that said that. In describing Jesse's treatment of Casey, Cindy says Jesse was overbearing in that if he had an opinion he wanted Casey to share it. She did not consider him abusive nor did she think when they were dating, Casey was afraid of him. The subject of whether or not Cindy ever thought of taking Casey to counseling comes up and Cindy at first says no, while adding if you had asked about her Lee she would have said yes. She says Casey never showed any signs of postpartum depression nor mental illness. About Casey saying to a friend she was losing it, this was after Casey had Caylee and she thought she was pregnant again and miscarried. She adds that in the last year as Casey's lying increased and her problems with finances (stealing ) increased she ask her own counselor about bringing Casey to counseling. Cindy saw a counselor in May or June 08 about problems ,She only went a few times and found she did not like her because the counselor suggested she throw Casey and Caylee out on the street . So Cindy stopped going and nixed bringing Casey. Since Caylee's death Cindy admits she has been seeing a counselor. Cindy is also on extended disability for at least two more years as a short term disability was just renewed. This is her source of income plus the CBS interview photos payment and George's job. When they get into the subject of when Cindy suspected Casey did not have a job she insists she did not know until July of 08 when LE told her that Casey was unemployed. However, she does insist she saw an email from a manager or co-worker of Caseys from the Hard Rock Cafe regarding Caseys employeement in 07, Also she says Casey did some at home work for a company Lee was working for called Click and Park. Cindy saw the W-2's for this job . She admits she had not helped Casey on her taxes since 04 and does not know if Casey filed taxes in 07. She still believes Casey was working for Fusion with a liquior company of some sort. She says she is puzzled that LE says Casey did not work for Universal any longer because Casey got them into Halloween night at the theme Park with her employee pass for free as late as October of 07. Apparently LE found an employee badge for Univ someone named Chris in Casey's possession. Cindy does not know who this is but on day 2 they revisit why she had other employee badges and ids and she says that Casey told her they often switched badges as some sort of a game at work.They ask her when was the last time she saw a Univ badge with Caseys name and she says she knows she has but can't really recall the last time. The baby's paternity comes up and Cindy says that Casey told her Jesse was the father, not I think he is the father , she knew. Then she mentions the paternity test . And they ask her if she thinks Jesse is the still the father, She says she does not realy know but that Jesse showed her a supposed copy of the test. She says eventually Casey told her it was a man named Eric Baker, who already had a girlfriend and child and did not want to be in Caylee's life and that George and Cindy did not want her to ask for support nor get him involved. Also Casey did not want him involved. On Day 2 this comes up again, when they ask her if she and George have a will . They ask if the attorney was apprised of the situation of Caylee's paternity in case something should happen to Casey. She says yes. They said Did he advise you and George to get a waiver of parental rights from the father and she says no. The lawyer did not seem concerned. They ask her for the lawyers name , she doesn't know. They ask her if she can provide the paperwork for that discussion and the will and she says she will try. She discusses that she and George separated from Nov of 05 and June of 2006 and while George was gone Casey contributed by buying groceries and her gas and paid for most of Caylee's things. Later on Cindy says she bought most of Caylee's things especially clothes but then remembers to add but so did Casey. They ask her how Casey got her money and Cindy admits Casey borrowed about 1,000 from her in smaller amounts that added up. In late 2007, a bank called Cindy about a 4500.00 credit card balance on a card Cindy said once had a zero balance. Casey had done this and hid the bills. She ask Casey about this and Casey said she was doing lots of online shopping mainly for X-mas gifts for friends and it just added up and got away from her. She mentions the checks Casey wrote on her grandmothers accounts, specifically to pay her phone bill . Cindy told her to make good on her grandmother's accounts and to rectify that . They ask . Did she?She says she knows she emailed or called her grandma but that Cindy stayed out of it. She denies there was ever a conversation about this on Fathers Day night between herself (Cindy) and Cindys Mom. Casey had given George and Cindy a deposit slip for around 3,000 that was money paid back in their account and it turned out to be fraudulent. End of first post

The subject of those photos comes up and Cindy insists that most of those photos do not show Casey going out at night because she happens to know they were taken in daytime. She does say after Jesse and Casey broke up, Cindy encouraged Casey to go out more. When confronted with the Fusion photos that LE tells her are after the disappearance, she vaguely says Casey told her she was working with the shot girls at Fusion. She identifies the shot girls in the photo. Then she diverts the attention from Casey to a black man in the photo who Cindy says that Dominic investigated. She says he is now incarcerated for either drugs or manslaughter and that he works for a company or has a company Society Entertainment and that this company has a corporate account with Sawgrass Apartments and they maintain two apartments there. The males in the photos are associates of Tony L's and Cindy did not ask Casey about anyone in the photos but she has her suspicions and a gut feeling that all of Caseys problems and Caylees disappearance may be connected to these people at Fusion because it did not happen until after she began to frequent there. She admits that Dominics investigation did not yet bear any fruit or connection.About that chloroform search, Cindy says in March she looked up chlorophyll because her dog was eating bamboo in the yard and Cindy knew that was a plant and wondering if that would make the dog sick.It was throwing up and sleeping a lot. She also says because took Latin she knows that chloroform and chlorophyll have similiar prefixes and she may have looked at the ingredients in one or the other or both. She is very vague on this. She is then asked if she looked up how to make either one, spefcifically if she made that query, No . Did she look up Neck breaking.? No . Did she look up a shovel? No. Did she look up episodes of One Tree Hill?No.In fact she does not think anyone at the house ever watched that show. She also was concerned that under the sink they kept chemicals Caylee could get into, so she looked up ingredients such as ethyl, and alchohol and peroxide. When asked why she never told investigators she looked that up, she says she was never directly asked. Det Melich only ask her early on if she knew if Casey looked up chloroform or had reason to and she just said no. He never ask her if anyone else had. (Pffttt,sorry I can't help myself) Now onto info about Zanny and what Cindy knew. Cindy says that Zanny came into Casey's life about the time coincidentally that she began to date Jesse. She told Cindy she lived over by UCF and she had moved several times. As Zanny moved, Cindy would throw away the old phone number and address. She only had one address and phone for Zanny in the Z's in her phone book on a sticky. Cindy contends that on the night of the first police call she gave that sticky to a black officer or supervisor in the middle of the night. They ask her his name, she does not know, she threw away his card. They repeatedly ask her about this and to describe when and where she did this.They ask why when she and Lee were sitting around trying to get Casey to let them go get Caylee, they did not just go get that address or phone number.She says she did not think of it, then later on I think on the second day, says she may not have had a phone number at all, maybe just an address, she is not sure.Even after officers first came she didn't think of that in the chaos and the officer had to apparently prompt her for it. The address she recalls was on Glenwood which is where Ricardo lived and where Amy bunked which made her later think Casey was talking in code. (Again that code!). She says Caylee spoke in whole paragraphs and could tell a story, recognized and referenced Mallory, Lee's gf. Casey said Zanny kept Caylee about 3 times a week. Did Caylee ever mention Zanny? No but she mentioned her dog. This came about when Caylee had scratches on her arm and Cindy ask why. Casey piped up, Zanny's dog did that and then Cindy began to ask Caylee what the dog looked like and Caylee began to talk about the dog. LE ask her but did she specifically say the word Zanny or Zenaida mention that name ever? Cindy says No but reiterates she did talk about Zanny's dog , so there must be a Zanny. About Jeff Hopkins Casey had referred to in summer of 08 and even earlier as her boyfriend. Cindy in fact says she saw a photo of him and his son. Where? There was a photo of a man and little boy on Caseys screensaver and it said My boyfriend so Cindy assumed that was Zac and Jeff. They go through a list of all the people who watched Caylee, Lauren, they had her phone number, Christina, Cindy knew where she lived, Holly she had a phone and address for and of course she knew where the Grunds lived and had both cell and home phone. About the keys both Jesse and Zanny had a key to their house and she knew this for a while before Caylee went missing. In fact Cindy understood when Casey and Jesse broke up, Jesse gave his key back and Casey gave it to Zanny. Cindy says she didn't mind a stranger had a key to her house because she trusted Casey's judgement.Casey told Cindy that Zanny had in fact been in their house on her own with Caylee when no one else was home at least twice. Casey had a spare key she always kept in her pants pocket and that they can't find that one.At first she says they accounted for all the car keys, then she backtracks on that one. Tony admitted he was in the home with Casey when they came to get the gas cans. About computer access Cindy mentions that when they had their little pow wow after the fact to get a timeline , Lee and Jesse were in the house and Cindy came in and ask Lee where Jesse was, he said in the living room and she found Jesse on the computer. She says he said he was trying to access his phone records. Lee confirms this and it had to do with him trying to pinpoint a time when Casey called him in the prior weeks. Anyone could get on the computer as it was set up so you did not have to enter a password. Jesse also had the code for the garage door opener which was a way to get in the house as they did not look the inside garage door.MORE TO COME

Now onto the 16th, Do you recall having contact with Casey at some point in the afternoon? Cindy says she does that it was around 5 or 5:30? Casey called to tell her she was going to stay at Zannys that night. LE asks Cindy if she has seen her own phone records regarding this and she says she gave them to Lee and that Casey may have called her on her work phone. Did George or Lee have contact with her? Cindy says she does not know but that Jesse Grund said he had two calls from her and he did not discuss what the subect was. Was Casey home on the 15th? Yes she came home around 7 ish while Cindy and Caylee were in the pool. CIndy and Caylee had been to Mount Dora where they saw her Dad and went by her mother's house. There was no discussion at all of Casey and the check writing. It was never discussed that night. Cindy and Casey did not have a fight that night at all,in fact they had what Cindy calls a pleasant evening. Casey bathed Caylee and Cindy put up the pool stuff including the ladder. Then Cindy and Casey watched Desperate Housewives. And they watched the video of Caylee and her Dad and it made them cry. They ask her if Casey and Caylee were there in the AM when she left for work and she said she did not or hear them, which she does not every morning but she saw Caseys car there. Did Cindy notice any of Caylees things gone? She says none of Caylees clothes were gone at all over this long month. She does not find that odd as Casey and Zanny and others always just bought clothes for Caylee and kept clothes stored at Zanny's that Zanny bought her. They discuss the backpack and what Cindy put in it when she went to Mt Dora for Caylee, apparently she says a toothbrush, a little comb , maybe a book and some pull ups. I believe some shoes. . When she found Caseys car with the backpack in it ,it had the same things in it.Cindy did not take them out. It was the Dora the Explorer backpack that George saw them leave with. At the end of the interview when Baez gets to ask questions, it is clear he does not like this answer and he asks if her if it was possible Casey took another back pack. Cindy says she thinks it was the Dora the Explorer but Baez asks could there be another different kind that Casey took with her or came back for. Cindy admits it is possible. They ask what if anything of Caylees was gone, Cindy says her Mama doll. She did not notice if the Winnie the Pooh blanket was gone, It was summer and she had several blankets and she would not have kept track of that. About a week later she noticed that Caseys Teddy bear was gone. But it had been in the house till then as Cindy said she missed Caylee so much while she was gone she slept with it herself. Casey admitted to Cindy she came back for that and because she was also missing Caylee she did the same thing and slept with it after Zanny took Caylee. She spoke to Casey most every day, either through text,phone or voice mail. She thinks it was on the 24th that Casey called and Cindy relayed to her casually that someone had broke in and stole George's gas can and Casey said Mom that was me. Cindy was off the whole first week of July and she called Casey to tell her she wanted to spend some time with Caylee and would keep her.Casey told her that she and Jeff were spending time together and they wanted to keep Caylee with them so she could play and bond with his son Zac. On July 3, Casey had told her Mom they were going to spend the day at Universal. Cindy drove there to see Caylee, paid the parking fee and went to guest services, then decided to call Casey on her cell phone.Casey said they were not at Universal and that they were now in Jacksonville. Cindy was quite upset about this and because went home and created a myspace page for herself to vent and write her feelings out hoping Casey might see it and contact her. She had also sent Lee on this wild goose chase to find his sister that same night and Lee had found Casey was not in Jacksonvile but going to a club that night in Orlando according to her friends. When Cindy found out she lied she wrote the July 3 message. Police began to really grill her line by line on this message. What did she mean by my Caylee is missing? She meant she says she was missing in her heart. She choose distraught as her mood but she seems to mimimize the concern she felt in this interview. He ask her about her words that Casey betrayed her. She says yes betrayed as in lied to me that one day about being at Universal. He points out betrayed is a pretty strong word and Cindy does not really clarify. He ask why she wrote jealousy has taken her from me. Cindy claims she meant she thought Casey may have been jealous just that week because Cindy did not have to workand Casey did and maybe it would make Casey jealous because Cindy got to spend time having fun with Caylee. While Cindy totally tries to minimize the post and infer it had to do with a one time sitatuation the detective calls it a very emotionally charged post. She ask Cindy why she said Casey had no money or future if she thought she was working. She says she meant Casey had no savings and was not working at her dream job that she was capable of, photography.They go through the timeline as to what Casey told Cindy on the phone calls each day she was gone, The detective points out one by one that each was a lie and then summarizes with so everything she told you was lie and Cindy says not everything. Since they had just gone through the entire timeline, he says maybe it would be easier for you to tell me what she told the truth about and she stumbles on this and says, She told me she loved me on a text or phone call and that was not a lie. He asks her about the investigating the Dominic and her did and asks if he could confirm if Casey as anywhere she said she was and Cindy says no. They go through the list of people,Jeff,Annabele, Juliet, Samantha and whether Dominic could find if they existed. Cindy says they are still looking or Dominic is but she has to concede not so far, they do have a lead on a Jennifer Rosa(name of supposed roommate of Zannys) She was on the Deans list of Valenica College in the same time frame Caylee went missing. He point blank asks her did you ever think that if Casey was lying about all this, she could be lying about Caylee? And CIndy replies, No there was still no reason to think that and I still don't. Cindy's evil Jesse Grund story comes from a woman who Cindy admits seemed like a nut , called her all hours of the day and night , left weird messages and often sounded drunk, high or rambling. Supposedly, this woman said Jesse had raped her roommate. Again, I do not vouch or imply this is true, in fact if you read the description of the source, it sounds ludicrous. They ask Cindy if she or George or Lee ever followed missing childrens stories on the internet or had occassion to go on missing childrens site before Caylee disappeared. No. Did they have ammonia in the the house, had she ever purchased it, No.

Williams, Derrick – Society Entertainment; lived at Sawgrass until 2 years ago. Says he does not have anything to do with Casey or with Caylee's disappearance. Derrick was Tony Lazaro's boss. He ran the entertainment/promotion company that was promoting Fusion, the club Casey frequented.

They talk about the laptop comp of Cindys. They ask Cindy if it is her testimony that the laptop was with Casey from June 16 through July 15.Cindy says yes, Jose wants to talk about this off the record. Afterwards, Cindy points out she just assumed that and she did not notice it missing until she saw in Caseys stuff that she had it. It was on her sewing machine table under a bunch of clothes and she did not notice when it disappeared. Casey , she admits could have had it or come and gotten it at any time like even July 14 for all she knows. Jose seems to like this better. Did Zanny show up for only social occasions. She was supposed to show up for Casey B day but did not. He asks Cindy if Casey ever told her the family was in danger or she had been threatened and wasn't it true the first time that came up was when Cindy suggested or asked it in the jailhouse tape. Cindy admits that she brought it up first yes . She says Yes I guess we brought that up. There is a question about whether Casey ever tried to sneak something out of the house, car or garage after the police came the first time ,, when they answered the 911 calls. Cindy says no and they direct her attention to a photo. Jose goes pretty beserk on this and objects to her identifying what is in the photo. He demands they do not talk about this on the record or ask about it, as the judge he says has sealed this evidence. The only clue about this is that Cindy says immediately and several times that she wants to go on the record as saying , she does not recognize that handwriting, she says this quite a few times. She then says she does not recognize what is in the top half of the photo. Jose tells her not to answer and at one point is so agitated that he tells her, "Cindy zip it, zip it. I mean it." Even after he tells her this, she says she wants to state again that she does not recognize the object in the photo nor the handwriting. (Handwriting , could this be diary pages or missing ones? I can't fathom what this is. ) They move onto to items in the garage and the subject of the cloth laundry bags comes up. Cindy does not remember having those until they refresh her memory and show her photos of them , she now recognizes those as ones she had, she thinks she bought two, one for Caylees stuff animals and one for some plastic balls. She seems to think that only the one with the stuffed animals was still in the house. This is another answer Jose does not like and he questions her at the end that she can't say for sure can she that the ones she bought and used are the same ones as in the photo? And since they had lots of yard sales ,(She had brought this up earlier in relation to selling clothes Caylee had outgrown) could it be she sold one of those? She allows she supposes it is possible.Maybe (To me this borders on coaching but what do I know?) They talk about Cindy mixing up the dates of June 9 and June 16 which police seem to think is an honest mistake. However, they wonder why Casey told Lee it had been 31 days and suddenly (which would have been the 31st) in her first interview with police she claims it was June 9. Did Cindy coordinate that or convey that to her? No, Cindy says maybe she overhead me telling police although she can't pinpoint when that could of been as they were interviewed separately that night. They ask Cindy what did she have Caylee call her and was it ever Mommy, Cindy says Grammy but that she did slip up one time and say in front of Casey, let Mama pick you up, referring to herself, but it was slip up like saying the wrong childs name. She says she did not try to take over, she has never been controlling in her childrens lives but is reminded of the 2nd Birthday story and says Casey told a friend that she was bossy , or something but she claims she was merely trying to organize the food and gifts etc. They go back to the scene at Tony's when Amy took her there and that Casey seemed surprised and did not want to go right away but Cindy told her Casey you need to come home . Casey said she would but she was coming right back to Tony's and Cindy said as soon as they found Caylee or got Caylee. She did say at one point,' Mom why are you doing this to me? One of the things I found interesting was that Cindy said on the day after all this, after the police came the next day Casey was in her bedroom talking away to Tony and she had to tell her to get off the phone as it was time to look for Caylee. Lee also claims that her overhead her talking to Tony about the fact she had 14,000, from who or why and what she did with it, he does not know. Cindy does not mention this.And Lee never asked her what she meant. She says she did not scream or yell at her children and she called 9.11 to avoid doing that and because she what could she do to force Caseys hands beat her child? The comment about the smell of something died came about because the 9.1.1 operator acted like her call was not a priority and they would get to it, when they got to it, so she say something to get them there right away. Casey interestingly said when she was was crying and explaining what happened to Caylee, 'Mom, nobody can find Caylee." And she thanked her for calling 9.1.1 and when Cindy said What do you mean? Casey did not reply. They never discussed the smell in the car. There was no reason , as in her mind it was pizza. They really grill her about the back of the trunk and whether or not she actually saw it or the bag or the pizza box. They ask her like three times but you did not actually ever see that bag did you? She admits she didn't but that George told her it was a rotting pizza and the towyard guy when they opened it said, "There's your smell, it's food." She washed Caseys clothes because they smelled like smoke and she does not allow that in her house. She washed the pants in the car because it smelled like the odor of the car. They ask her about this call from Caylee , Casey said she got on the 15th of July and if Casey told her this. She says yes and that Casey said she believed it was Caylee. They ask her if she has seen the phone records.She gave them to Lee. It is mentioned on her part it was from a blocked number, whatever that means. They go back to what indy believes happened and Cindy says she believes someone is holding something over Casey and this is why she won't tell. Then she goes into a little mudslinging by saying the police told her and George ,Amy and Ricardo had priors . She makes a claim that when they called the FBI they told her and George that had Fusion under surveillance for drugs deals.(Really do they make this info available to the public? Pfftt) She tells them she had other LE departments and sources running plates for her of people but she does not recall the departments. They ask her if they have found Zenaida. She says they have found a woman in Puerto Rico who is a nanny and had an Orlando connecton . When they press her to confirm she has found her. She says she has not but they will be the first to know when she finds her. She says that lots of people tell her they don't believe Casey was involved or killed Caylee. They want to know about her statement 'when this case comes to trial , the truth will finally come out." They ask what truth? And she says she meant when actually are sworn in and testify they will come clean. They ask her about George stating they had the kidnappers under surveillance. This she states was George driving by Jesse, Ricardos, etc and watching their houses. She talks about the many tips they got including psychics and house by them with a barking dog. They ask her did any of these pan out? She says No, not yet.They ask her is it your testimony that you did not send Dominic Casey into the woods? She did not. She heard from Lee who was in contact with Dominic a lot more at that time(by his own admission) that it was a psychic who sent him there.

She poohed poohed it but now is not so sure. She allows since it was parked outside Tony's and then Ricardos when Casey was there, they must have had access. About the duct tape it is gone because they used up the roll with posters at the command center, however George did tell Cindy he was the one who put that tape on the gas can.Did she ever put that dryer sheet in the trunk? No why she wonders would she or anyone do that? She says that when George got the gas cans out of Caseys car or she did she clarifies he was standing at the back of the car and there was no odor at the time on the 27th.
They do ask if about the mass email that she told Casey to send to everyone letting them know Caylee was missing and if she did not worry that if the kidnappers were threatening Casey, if they were on that mass email list would they then be alerted. She says no they did not worry. They go back to this phone and address Cindy gave the black officer and ask if she had that and knew she had it why did she not when Casey would not take her to Caylee just go get it and call it? She did not think of it. In fact she did not think of it even after Casey admitted Caylee had been kidnapped and did not give to the officer until middle of the night, that first night. Finally when asked if she knows what happened to Caylee, she says she has no idea, and when asked her opinion says she thinks Casey is too scared to tell because someone is holding something over her and makes that shocking claim that she is not sure Caylee is dead as there was no DNA identification and the autopsy report said they could still not identify if this was a girl or boy and it had the wrong amount of teeth listed.At end the end Jose asks Did Casey tell you she killed Caylee? About the duct tape it is gone because they used up the roll with posters at the command center, however George did tell Cindy he was the one who put that tape on the gas can.Did she ever put that dryer sheet in the trunk? No why she wonders would she or anyone do that? She says that when George got the gas cans out of Caseys car or she did she clarifies he was standing at the back of the car and there was no odor at the time on the 27th.
They do ask if about the mass email that she told Casey to send to everyone letting them know Caylee was missing and if she did not worry that if the kidnappers were threatening Casey, if they were on that mass email list would they then be alerted. She says no they did not worry. They go back to this phone and address Cindy gave the black officer and ask if she had that and knew she had it why did she not when Casey would not take her to Caylee just go get it and call it? She did not think of it. In fact she did not think of it even after Casey admitted Caylee had been kidnapped and did not give to the officer until middle of the night, that first night. Finally when asked if she knows what happened to Caylee, she says she has no idea, and when asked her opinion says she thinks Casey is too scared to tell because someone is holding something over her and makes that shocking claim that she is not sure Caylee is dead as there was no DNA identification and the autopsy report said they could still not identify if this was a girl or boy and it had the wrong amount of teeth listed.At end the end Jose asks Did Casey tell you she killed Caylee? All plants are not alike and anyone who has a dog knows dogs eat grass. Do they die or get poisoned?No and she is an educated woman, she would know to look up bamboo not some generic ingredient and about that key.,I agree. If Casey told her that Zanny had a key and had even been to the house two times by herself why all of a sudden on that tape, would she say, "Does Zanny have a key?" Wouldn't the question be,"That key that Zanny let herself in with, she has access to our house Casey.!" And after the body is found with all that stuff tied to the house, and you knew Zanny had such access, would you not run to the police and say, "she had a key, she had a key, I have known it for a long time."I also found it odd that' Caylee is Missing', on that MySpace page,meant mssing in her heart. She really took great pains to downplay that post. And you can't read that post and not see a history and background of some kind of struggle and friction between Mom and daughter. Words like betrayed and jealous are strong feelings, not often triggered by one afternoon of inconvenience and irritation. She is doing everything she can to paint a rosy picture of their relationship so Casey has no motive.She keeps saying over and over that Casey would have no reason to kill Caylee and she wants LE to believe it too.

Another thing that really is embarassing was that when George said they were watching the real kidnappers, it meant he was driving by Jesse and Ricardo's house. The real kidnappers, based on what? LE does a great job in both Lee and Cindy's interviews of asking them if anything panned out regarding all these people they accused. Any evidence people?? No, not yet. I mean geez the whole family has a real problem with exageration. And I also think this bodes ill for SOD (Some other Dude did it) defense. What are they going to be able to say about their suspicions of Jesse Grund for instance, that overly flowerly card(always a precursor for murder lol) , that he loved the child alot, (I guess most parents are murderers then) that he went to Georgia where his brother lives three months after she disappeared. That is not exactly fleeing is it? He has never avoided questioning,in fact didn't he take a lie detector.? Where and Cindy and George's? I will bet Jesse's cell phone records if they have them don't show him anywhere near the Anthony house at the times he would need to be. Any ideas on what got Jose's panties in a bunch when they have the conversation about what if anything Casey snuck out of the house? The whatever the judge sealed?The only clues are that she says she does not recognize whatever it is in the top of the photo and twice says she does not recognize the handwriting. Is it diary pages? Is that where the missing pages went? Any theories on what this sealed evidence is. Maybe Jose found it on Casey or LE did and they turned it over and for some reason the judge sealed it. What else could she be sneaking out of the house with writing on it?

Loretta, there are SOooooooooooooo many things she said to the state that just doesn't float and they know she's lying! What makes me really pissed

One of the things my cousin and I have been discussing for a while is how is Jose going to be able to use Cindy to create reasonable doubt? All this stuff she has dreamed up to help her daughter, Zanny had a key, Cindy did the searches accidentally , etc, etc. are not going to be effective because frankly Cindy's credibility sucks? Cindy, in fact might just make it worse for Jose. If he presents her as his star witness, and the jury does not believe her, it would throw the whole defense into a bad light. . If I were him, I would be hesitant about using her at all. Just wait until she gets up there and says she never yelled at her children, she and Casey were best friends and had no trouble and no friction and everybody else testifies otherwise. Even if Cindy had something honest to add to help Casey no one will believe her.
