Lee talks about how when Casey finally broke down and told him that Caylee had been missing 31 days and Cindy saw her crying, she yelled ' What have you done? What have you done? Why did you wait 31 days?' Also he says that when Casey was in jail the first time, and she called home for the very first time , her concern was to get Tony's phone number. When he hung up from the phone call at his parents house, the three of them talked about how she was not even concerned about Caylee, she seemed more concerned with Tony which they thought was idiotic. Cindy suggested to him the tattoo which apparently had stars on it of some kind was a tribute or something like it to Caylee, because Caylee liked things with stars. Then he says he ask Casey when she was home what the tattoo meant and she said because Caylee liked stars it was a tattoo representing her love of that. He goes through who he had Dominic investigate and what Dominic supposedly found out. First of all, I almost hesitate to mention this except to say, anything that he or Dominic says should be taken as rumour, gossip, etc.because he himself admits he or Dominic had no confirmation at all of this. But he says Amy and Ricardo were both into heroin and had prior arrests ,for what he does not say. At first he called Amy a suspect but says Jesse is more of a suspect. Wanna hear the evidence? The woman tipster (he later confirms this was Wanda ) on the plane said the woman who was with the child that looked like Caylee resembled a description of Jesse Grunds mother. Later someone else saw a smiliar adult with a child in Georgia. The significance of Georgia , you ask? Well Casey mentioned Georgia as one of the possible locations. (Along with NY,NJ, Puerto, SC, and CA, etc) Jesse traveled to Georgia evidently because Jesse Grund has a brother in GA. Lee finds this suspicious even if Jesse did not leave until September. And the motive ? He loved Caylee a lot and once told Casey he would raise her as his own even if she was not his bio child. The interviewer asks if he or Dominic found any evidence that panned out and Lee admits after pretending at first he does not understand the question that it is more a gut feeling or a hunch. He contends there are no satisfactory answers to many of his suspicions. When it is pointed out the plane manifest is in the documents and there was no small child on the plane, Lee contends that the manifest may not be right as it would not account for last minute boardings or something like that. About the incident at Blanchard Park, he says that Casey told him Zenaida weighed about a hundred pounds which he is pretty sure of because he wondered how a hundred pound woman could strong arm his sister and why she would not fight her off. Apparently Zenaida took the child because she told Casey 'you are not a good mother, I am taking Caylee to teach you a lesson.' He stipulates that if Jesse were code for Zanny ,Jesse could overpower her easily. And by the way when he suggested to Casey that Zanny was a code for Jesse she laughed in his face. He says Casey's my space or facebook posts ( I forgot which) were deleted from July 3 to July 16. He says Casey says someone had her password and did that and changed her password to Timer55. Why were the posts deleted? This was the way the kidnapper was communicating with Casey and telling her instuctions on what to say and do. And finally Lee also suspects Caylee is not dead . But his reasoning is different from his mother's. If Casey was keeping quiet to protect Caylee, then it makes no sense for her to still clam up when the child was found dead, therefore logic says, since she is stilll keeping quiet, Caylee must still be in danger. He also says Casey stole a check from him when she was in high school and used her Mom's credit cards as well,so the stealing is not new. He admits Casey never ever said she was keeping quiet in order to protect someone or because she was threatened, except once when she says Zenaida said Don't tell because I know where your parents and brother live. He laughs chronically again in this interview and I think on this stand this is going to be somewhat disturbing to some jurors. Strictly my opinion.
