Is it already available? Has anyone read it?

Thanks. I'm trying to decide if to read the excerpts or if it would just drive me crazy, as I won't be seeing the book 'til it shows up here in trade paper, a year after HC.

Even libraries here only buy trade paper if it's a foreign language, ie, English here, book.
