Suspect in baby abduction case has outstanding warrants for child endangerment

(KMOV) -- A SARAA Alert has been issued for a mising five-month-old baby.
The Madison police department issued the alert for five-month-old Cortez L. Rose.
Investigators say he was taken Saturday afternoon by 17-year-old Danielle Medina. Medina is from the New York area.
Investigators say Cortez was last seen at a bus stop in Granite City. Cortez is described as an African-American child with a birth mark on his right arm near his shoulder and one on his right ankle. He was wearing a red t-shirt and a diaper when he was abducted.
Police say Medina took Cortez from his home without the consent of his parents. Medina is described as an African-America female who is five feet tall and about 120 pounds. Police have charged Medina with aggravated kidnapping.
Police say she is wearing an orange and black weave, with a long brown tee-shirt and carrying a large gray purse. She may be pushing a large brown and tan stroller.
According to investigators, Medina has outstanding warrants for child endangerment in New York.
