Jonathan S. Dick, 43, a physical education teacher at Fallston Middle School in Fallston, Maryland has been arrested and charged with using the Internet to solicit sex from a 15-year-old boy from Prince George’s County, according to State Police.
State Police say that Dick has been charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor.
Reportedly Dick came to the attention of the Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Section in February by way of a complaint from the parents of the boy when they allegedly located disturbing sexual text messages (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1976) between the juvenile victim and Dick.
Allegedly investigators obtained the juvenile’s cellular phone and laptop computer and were able to recover the Internet chats and trace them back to Dick.
