Armando Gutierrez, 35, a former computer lab instructor at Clinton Elementary School in La Joya, Texas has reportedly been arrested and charged with 10 counts of indecency with a child by contact.
Gutierrez has reportedly been suspended by the school system since May, 2008 when the allegations of improper touching surfaced.
Gutierrez is accused of using candy to lure the first grade girls into alleged molestation sessions. After the initial allegations surfaced more alleged victims came forward as the investigation progressed. MORE (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1788)
