(Feb. 18) - A Florida woman is accused of adding poison to baby food in a grocery store, according to a report from WEAR-TV.
Publix employees spotted Shirley Ybarra injecting a black liquid, which apparently smelled like ammonia, into baby food and juice containers at the supermarket on Tuesday night.
Authorities said Ybarra told the workers she was mixing food for her son -- who happens to be 21. After receiving a mental health evaluation, the 56-year-old was taken to the Broward County jail and charged in the incident.
