Who am I to argue with Don Clark? Well, I'm going to take a stab at it. Let LE go about their business, and let DCF go about theirs, and let Ron&Misty and Crystal keep on firing salvos and see if what they say doesn't accidentally give us a clue. The more these people talk, regardless of the topic, the better for Haleigh.

LE seems to have more than a handful without criticizing these people airing their dirty laundry in public. (And shame on Crystal for outing Junior's alleged abuse; he deserves the same right to privacy as any other child in the social welfare system.)

I remember the song by Karen Carpenter, Bless the Beasts and the children. It still makes me cry when I hear it.

In the song, she tells us to "give them shelter from the storm, keep them safe, keep them warm. They have no voice, they have no choice." This case is a clear reflection of why that song had to be written. What on earth can be done about these people? I'm so frustrated with this case that I wish LE would put them in jail and torture them until they fess up and give a clue. They know exactly what happened to Hayleigh, what led up to it and why! They F*&^%! KNOW.

Ron is worried about his rear end, Misty is worried about hers, and LE is worried about theirs. This is scary. Who the heck is standing up for the kid? Crystal is no better. She's fighting over a toy? She should have taken better care of her children and she wouldn't be in this position. What's the question? If women/girls can't take care of their kids they should put them up for adoption and let someone with a lot of love to give, (and a brain) raise the child. Children who have love don't need anything else. Love covers everything. I once saw a documentry about handicapped mothers. One mother had no arms, and literally changed her baby's diaper with her feet! For Pete's sake, if that isn't love I don't know what is!

Nice post; you said it all. The whole bunch ---each one has a part in this, one way or the other. Their lifestiles are not appropriate to raise a child. I bet that at least once a week the teachers at my school and I say we want to take a student out of their environment and how it's not fair that such a nice child is in a low life family and we worry about how the kids will make it. And some do, in spite of the low bottom feeders raising them; but they are the exception.

None of them are doing anything to find her or aid in the invest. As a matter of fact I think they could throw a monkey wrench into the investigation . Shame on LE....they don't seem to be doing anything, either..
I think Haleigh is probably deceased; can't imagine she is still alive altho we can hope. they are all hiding something but time is not on Haleigh's side unfortunately. Misty is involved in some way; could be that she left the premises and left the door open, someone came in and took Haleigh. It's anyone's guess at this point. Why did Ron marry Misty????If we could figure that out it may unravel some of the unknowns we are puzzling over....

...Now, to Haleigh Cummings and the fall-out from shocking claims about mystery man Greg made on our show last night. He is a man with a long history of drug arrests who some claim is very close to Misty. Police reportedly interviewed this man but will say no more.

Meantime, Haleigh`s maternal grandmother erupts in a rage, fuming to FOX30.com over the very slow pace of the investigation.

ITA with JVM. LE needs to be more forthcoming with where the investigation is, who if anyone has been ruled out, whatever timeline they have nailed down, etc. That would go a longs ways to maybe squelching some of the rumors and do a lot to give the public a sense of hope.

I can't really see that Ron has changed; just that he's gone underground! Agree with Amy and Suz that some of his comments tend to make me think that he believes that Haleigh is dead and and why and that he probably knows who is responsible.

Cummings seems like such a jerk, there could be any number of reasons that he has enemies, but I stubbornly hold to him being an unofficial narc. I can imagine that his cooperation with LE might have been a tacit reason for the judge having given him custody of Haleigh and Junior.

1. I don't believe that smarm was written by an eleven year old.

2. The site doesn't take donations but will take you by the hand if you need directions, and points out that obviously Cummings can't work. Glad to know that, but pardon my skepticism. would they tell me WHY he can't work? DTs? Withdrawals? Undue media attention when he can't do what he wants?

Hmmm, thanks Loretta. I guess his initial reaction and manner was tempered by advisers as the weeks progressed and he came on clean cut and less threatening.

Obviously, for those who have been missing a year or years, SOMEONE, @ SOMETIME, has to go back to work. You can't just live in limbo forever, that is, in relation to getting back to work, paying the bills, supporting the family, trying to provide some normalcy for the children in the house, etc.

In some of the cases, @ least the families seem to be part of the search process, where in other cases, the families are sitting on their heinnies (or on talk shows, etc) and are not productive members of the investigation. If one is not assisting in searches, it does seem one would have the time available to return to work, @ least parttime, to help w/the family coffers.

If one of my kids died, or were killed, I can't imagine ever being able to function again. But, I see people all around me who DO pick themselves up and resume their lives--not the lives they knew before, of course, but they go back to work, go to church, go to the store, go to sports and school activities of the remaining children, etc. So, tho I cannot IMAGINE resuming life, I know that it happens, and like others before me, I would have to return to living.

Was just listening to some THs on JVM and the Sandra Cantu discussion devolved into a bash on LE with regard to the difference between how active the Tracy officers are compared to the whining deputies of Putnam County who are so distracted by the fact that mom and dad can't get along.

People want to know WTH Sheriff Hardy and his investigators are doing. Besides making it look like since THEY aren't searching and they won't allow volunteers to search, that there isn't a reason to search. :confused:

Exclusive: White Boy Greg’s first interview, talks Misty to Art Harris

SATSUMA, Fla.–He’s been called the mystery man who holds the key to unlocking the secrets of Misty (then Croslin), and the conflicting timelines she’s given in the days and hours before Haleigh Cummings, age 5, went missing from the trailer where the 17 year old babysitter claims they were sleeping. Then, amid rumors about Misty and her mystery man, she married Haleigh’s father, Ronald, 26–and the couple stopped talking publically.

His name is Gregory Page, 28, aka White Boy Greg, an aspiring, graphic designer and single father of two with big time dreams who has been plagued by drug arrests and stints in the county jail for possession.

So far, he’s kept his own counsel, aghast at talk show hosts begging him to call and jack up ratings, rants he blames for sending his mother to the ER with a stroke, and his five year old into a tantrum of tears, as his mug shot flashes across the TV screen in Palatka, Florida.

He’s spoken in depth to police about his time with Misty, investigators confirm, his mother, and an outside private eye and bounty hunter named William Staubs, who goes by the street name, Cobra.

“I’m light-complected, had a white father and my mother is black, so they call me ‘White Boy’ on the street,” Page tells me in his first media interview that can be heard exclusively on artharris.com.

In that interview, Page tells me he did have a “fling” with Misty the weekend before she reported Haleigh missing, but was not with her that Monday night.

“Only a fool would be at another man’s house, laying up with his girlfriend,” he tells me on in a phone call he agreed to let me tape. “It was a brief little fling, not like no love or anything, no relationship, (just) like ‘how ya doin.’”

“I was with the girl that weekend,” he says, describing a three day party of sex, cocaine, pot and pills. Only in the last two weeks did he learn about his public notoriety with Misty, “when a neighbor read your website and told my mother…I was startled….”

But Page adamantly denies he’s the mysterious “black man in black” with “squeaky” shoes who Haleigh’s, baby brother, Junior, age 4, reportedly told his mother, great grandmother, and police he’d seen in the trailer that night. According to the reports, Junior said the man had made the couch “bounce” and took his sister.

Page believes he was scapegoated over his drug arrests to divert attention from Misty and Ronald Cummings, where he believes the truth lies. Shortly after Haleigh vanished, Page says he sat down with Putnam County Detective John Merchant, the lead investigator, laid out the details, took a polygraph and was told he passed.

Sources close to the case confirm he’s not a suspect, and that Misty also told police they’d been together.

Says Page: “I wish I could tell you what happened. I’ve got two kids the same age (as Haleigh and Ronald, Jr.), but I don’t know. I feel real bad for the family.” And William Staubs, aka Cobra, says he’s talked to Page for hours, checked out his story, and is convinced he’s telling the truth about that weekend and any Haleigh connection.

Playing cupid that weekend: a Kristina Prevatt, 18, who everyone calls “Nay Nay.” She says she introduced Misty to Page. Soon everyone was eager to get the party started, say both Page and Prevatt, and soon everyone was high, including Misty.

“Cocaine?” I ask Page.

“Yeah, he says, “and pills, all kind of ****.”

“What kind of pills?”

“Roxies, and all that,” says Page.

“What are ‘roxies?’” I ask.

“It’s a breakthrough for Oxycontin,” Page explained. “I’m not going to lie to you, I do a little drugs, but I’m going to straighten up.”

After the news broke about Misty as the witness at the center of the missing child, Page’s mother, Lyn, tells me, “I asked (Greg), ‘Did you go to bed with that girl?’ And he said, he had, three times.’”...

Exclusive: White Boy Greg’s first interview, talks Misty to Art Harris

SATSUMA, Fla.–He’s been called the mystery man who holds the key to unlocking the secrets of Misty (then Croslin), and the conflicting timelines she’s given in the days and hours before Haleigh Cummings, age 5, went missing from the trailer where the 17 year old babysitter claims they were sleeping. Then, amid rumors about Misty and her mystery man, she married Haleigh’s father, Ronald, 26–and the couple stopped talking publically.

His name is Gregory Page, 28, aka White Boy Greg, an aspiring, graphic designer and single father of two with big time dreams who has been plagued by drug arrests and stints in the county jail for possession.

So far, he’s kept his own counsel, aghast at talk show hosts begging him to call and jack up ratings, rants he blames for sending his mother to the ER with a stroke, and his five year old into a tantrum of tears, as his mug shot flashes across the TV screen in Palatka, Florida.

He’s spoken in depth to police about his time with Misty, investigators confirm, his mother, and an outside private eye and bounty hunter named William Staubs, who goes by the street name, Cobra.

“I’m light-complected, had a white father and my mother is black, so they call me ‘White Boy’ on the street,” Page tells me in his first media interview that can be heard exclusively on artharris.com.

In that interview, Page tells me he did have a “fling” with Misty the weekend before she reported Haleigh missing, but was not with her that Monday night.

“Only a fool would be at another man’s house, laying up with his girlfriend,” he tells me on in a phone call he agreed to let me tape. “It was a brief little fling, not like no love or anything, no relationship, (just) like ‘how ya doin.’”

“I was with the girl that weekend,” he says, describing a three day party of sex, cocaine, pot and pills. Only in the last two weeks did he learn about his public notoriety with Misty, “when a neighbor read your website and told my mother…I was startled….”

But Page adamantly denies he’s the mysterious “black man in black” with “squeaky” shoes who Haleigh’s, baby brother, Junior, age 4, reportedly told his mother, great grandmother, and police he’d seen in the trailer that night. According to the reports, Junior said the man had made the couch “bounce” and took his sister.

Page believes he was scapegoated over his drug arrests to divert attention from Misty and Ronald Cummings, where he believes the truth lies. Shortly after Haleigh vanished, Page says he sat down with Putnam County Detective John Merchant, the lead investigator, laid out the details, took a polygraph and was told he passed.

Sources close to the case confirm he’s not a suspect, and that Misty also told police they’d been together.

Says Page: “I wish I could tell you what happened. I’ve got two kids the same age (as Haleigh and Ronald, Jr.), but I don’t know. I feel real bad for the family.” And William Staubs, aka Cobra, says he’s talked to Page for hours, checked out his story, and is convinced he’s telling the truth about that weekend and any Haleigh connection.

Playing cupid that weekend: a Kristina Prevatt, 18, who everyone calls “Nay Nay.” She says she introduced Misty to Page. Soon everyone was eager to get the party started, say both Page and Prevatt, and soon everyone was high, including Misty.

“Cocaine?” I ask Page.

“Yeah, he says, “and pills, all kind of ****.”

“What kind of pills?”

“Roxies, and all that,” says Page.

“What are ‘roxies?’” I ask.

“It’s a breakthrough for Oxycontin,” Page explained. “I’m not going to lie to you, I do a little drugs, but I’m going to straighten up.”

After the news broke about Misty as the witness at the center of the missing child, Page’s mother, Lyn, tells me, “I asked (Greg), ‘Did you go to bed with that girl?’ And he said, he had, three times.’”...

It is so hard to imagine-timeline i am sure is different for everyone. We have seen such poor examples as of late of a normal grieving process. Folks are normally just numb and medicated,barely eating and pleading for their loved one's safe return etc etc. Not on their lawns wielding hammers or going to chilis and proposing to minors. Not saying that LE needs to tip its hand, but they do need to say something and do something; at least say what it is that they're doing. Haleigh deserves more than slings and arrows, and the public deserves more than a secretive police force doing, well, doing what exactly?

As for Nancy, she seems to have dropped Haleigh's story (for the past few days anyway); glad to see Mike Brooks do a block on it last night. Personally, I think Nancy has difficulty dealing with the fact that she isn't getting Picazio's goat. That Ron and Crystal don't get along, or at least why they don't get along could very well BE the story.

It will be interesting to see if Nancy picks up the White Boy Greg sideshow (she doesn't seem to hold Misty as dear as she does Ron), and if she continually makes allusions to WBG's criminal record; she seems to ignore Ron's record while nitpicking at Crystal's self-admitted errors on the wrong side of the law.

Exactly. Cummings squeaks by on reckless driving charges and leaving the scene of an accident with injury wasn't it? And what does it do after Misty Lost Weekend? Almost mows down the kids at the bus stop and drives like a bat out of hell with Haleigh in the car. He has to be the most immature of all the players in this circus.

So why was the washer and/or dryer running when LE arrived? Maybe what was in the laundry is a clue. And don't most washers only run about twenty or so minutes? So wouldn't she have had to load it about the time that she says she got up to go to the bathroom? I mean, she called 911 at 3:27. hmmm Even if it was the dryer that was running, unless you really load the thing up with a huge load, that's not going to take hours and hours to dry. (Not even sure what the longest timed cycle on mine is, but I sure as heck wouldn't go to sleep with it running.)

- Police were dispatched to 202 Green Drive, in reference to the report of a missing 5-year-old child. Due to the age of the child, police responded to this location with a Code 3, blue lights and sirens. D/S Bridges and Iarrived on scene at the same time, 3:40. Upon our arrival, I observed a white male standing in the driveway who was visibibly upset. I made contact with the individual who identified himself as Ronald Cummings. Ronald told me that his daughter, Haleigh Cummings, 5, was missing.

Police asked Ronald what happened, and he told me that he had just gotten home from work, and his, "dumb [censored] girlfriend" told him his daughter was missing. Ronald repeadtedly said that someone had taken his child and also said, "when I find him, I'll kill him." Ronald was referring to a 9mm Beretta hand gun which heowed inside of his residence and that if law enforcement found whoever had this child, he would shoot them through the back window of the patrol car. I attempted to get information from Ronald regarding HAleigh, however, due to his emotional state he was unable to provide any useful information.

I then made contact with Misty Croslin, Ronalds girlfriend. Misty told me that she had put the children to bed at approximately 8pm. MIsty said that they were sleeping in HER BED, and when she laid down at around 10:30pm both children were still in bed. I asked MIsty who the other child was and she advised the other child was Haleighs brother. Misty old me that she woke up just before 3am to get a drink and she noticed that Haleigh was missing, however the OTHER child was still in bed. MIsty ran around the residence franticallly looking for haleigh and that she noticed the back door was stanfing open. MIsty said that she was sure the back door had been locked prior to her going to bed.

Mist said that at approximately 5 minutes after she noticed Haleigh missing, Ronal arrived home. MIsty said that as soon as she told Ronald HAleigh was missing, Ronald told Misty to call 911, which she did. I asked MIsty if she ever took Haleigh on a walk, and Misty advised that she sometimes walked with Haleigh to 116 Tyler Street to visit her family.

At this time, Teresa Neves arrived on scene. Teresa is Ronald's mother. Teresa told me that she had been called by Ronalds shortly after he learned HAleigh was missing. Teresa told me that Haleighs mother is Crystal Sheffield, however Ronald has full custody. Teresa told me that Ronald and Crystal have not been disputing the custody of Haleigh. Teresa provided a 2008-2009 school photograph of Haleigh.

While an officer spoke with the family, another coducteda canvass search of the residence in an attemptto locate Haleigh.

Police initiateda track beginning at the back door and down a wooded path, as we travelled down the wooded path, we located what appeared to be asmall child's footprint in the dirt. It should be noted that Ronald said Haleigh's shoes were still located inside the residence. The track lead up to a small pond and then back to the railroad crossing. At the last residence on the right side of the Green Drive was a small building with a door which had been left open. I entered the building but found no one insire

The track then continued past the north residence, where police made a left turn on Monroe Avenue. We made another left onto Buchan Circle, which we followed in a loop back to Monroe Avenue. We then made a left onto Tyler Street, and travelled past 116 Tyler, which is a location where Misty stated she had walked with Haleigh in the past. We then made a right turn on BUffalo Bluff Road to the railroad crossing, where we found were forced to end the track, because the canonwas unable to follow it any further.

Yes, I am a close relative. I don't want to say which side because 1) it seems irrelevant 2) I'm afraid of Ron and 3) It won't help find Haleigh.

The fight I am talking about is an incident that happened the weekend before Haleigh went missing. Supposedly, Ronnie robbed some drug dealers at gunpoint for drugs and drug money. It wasn't reported for obvious reasons but the police have had numerous consistent reports from people (including myself) who know it happened and/or were there. The police believe it happened but the problem is that no one will tell WHO it was he robbed. People who know and were there will talk to everyone else but as soon as police start questioning them, they clam up. Witnesses told police they heard the people he robbed threaten retaliation. Police need to know WHO he robbed.

I asked about the boat because police know that Misty was hanging out a lot with the guy Dan S. He has a boat and there was a report of a boat traveling at high speeds the night of Haleigh's disappearance. Dan S. ex wife has told the family (I have talked to her extensively) horror stories about his propensity for little girls and what he has done in the past. She alleges that he has paid off drug debts in exchange for children he uses/sells and has connections to the sex trade industry in the Philippines. She could be lying or crazy, but that's what she says. I felt it was worth looking into. Police told me they don't know anything for sure but that he is not cleared as a suspect.

Detectives have told me that they believe Misty and Ronnie are not telling the truth or at least not the whole truth. As far as polygraphs, people can "pass" them if ) they believe their own lie or 2) they are habitual liars. Nobody has been cleared.

And last but least, I believe an arrest will be made soon.

This is very interesting. So are they checking in other countries such as the Philippines?

NA, I can easily believe your scenario and that the kidnapping setup was a ruse. Unfortunately for Ron&Misty they probably didn't have time to iron out the details and synchronize their stories before Cummings had to be at work. I do wonder if they arranged for someone to come in and get Haleigh (or her body), and that's what Junior saw. I can imagine that Misty's everchanging versions of what happened that night are purposeful if she has admitted partying all weekend. She could well want LE to think that she's a druggie with her brains in her arse; it's preferable to her part in whatever happened.

It's also easy for me to believe that Cummings has enemies and that Haleigh was taken to teach him a lesson. It probably wouldn't take much for someone with drugs to lure Misty away from the house, or dose her to dull her already dull senses.

Woo, it looks to me like DCF has had plenty of time to complete its investigation. And regardless of what they do or don't substantiate, Picazio needs to get the custody issue before the court and ask for a guardian ad litem for Junior. I cannot imagine that the judge or magistrate or whoever hears the motion will be too thrilled with either Ron or Misty, but considering that Misty seems to be such the major snag in the timeline, I would hope that the court will not find her to be a trustworthy guardian for a child. (Or a ferret for that matter.)

Residents worry about missing child, hope for the best

SATSUMA - Despite continuing support and concern for missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings, some members of the Satsuma community are not afraid to ask the hard questions.

"Where are the priorities?" Jacob Brey, pastor of Hope Lutheran Church said recently. "It seems like the attentions been diverted off Haleigh. I think some people in our congregation are just not pleased with some of the antics of the individuals."

As a retired police officer of 28 years, Brey, who lives in River Villas, said Haleigh's disappearance has made people "more protective than ever."

"The main thing I've seen is concern for the child, but it makes you think," Brey said. "It takes away the freedom. It takes away the fact that you can't just let your child go a couple blocks down and play ball without feeling like you have to have them in eyesight at all times."

Other locals feel as if the situation has brought the community together.

"I feel like it has humbled Palatka, because nothing like this has ever happened," Stacy Kriser, owner of Noah's Ark Consignment Store, said. "We hear about it in other cities, but when it happens in our own county it makes us think and brings us back down to earth."

Kriser said that many people who come in the store ask her about it.

"It definitely gets people talking," Kriser said.

When asked what people were talking about, Kriser responded, "Nothing I can repeat."

Paul White, 79, is a Putnam County native retired from Georgia-Pacific. He said the small town has received negative popularity since the incident began.

"I don't mind the news people, I mean everybody's got to do their job," White said, "But there has been a big influx of people."

White said the town's positive reputation changed after authorities began releasing the number of sexual offenders who live in the area.

"Before, it seemed you had nothing but wholesome people," White said. "It makes you wonder. Of course there are still many more good people than bad people."

He can relate to what Haleigh's family is experiencing, due to losing his own granddaughter in a fatal car accident years ago.

"I think law enforcement has done everything they can possibly do," White said. "It's just one of those terrible things."

Kathie Kellie, a local foster mom, said the community has been very generous despite the family's polarity, which has twisted Haleigh's case in separate directions.

"Maybe they weren't the parents of the year, but the community has overlooked that, and has extended out their hand in every which way," Kellie said. "There's so many questions about the family, and our community has said, 'Yeah, maybe I don't agree with that, but Haleigh needs us.'"

Haleigh Cummings was reported missing on Feb. 10 at 3:27 a.m. from her Satsuma home and no trace of her has been found.

An Amber Alert remains active, with a reward posted at $35,767.

Haleigh Bug Foundation Walking For Awareness

CRESCENT CITY, Fla. --- For those of you heading into Crescent City this weekend to enjoy some catfish, remember to say hello to the volunteers with the Haleigh Bug Foundation.

Volunteers will be passing out flyers and selling bracelets and t-shirts to raise awareness for the missing five-year-old girl. All of the proceeds will go to the Haleigh Bug Foundation. Its main goal is to help bring Haleigh home, but eventually organizers would like it to serve as an agency for anyone suffering from a loved one getting abducted.

Inside the Haleigh Bug Foundation headquarters, volunteers have painted large purple jugs, where people can place their donations. They have also collected flyers and other decorations they’re going to bring to the fest.

About 15-20 volunteers will walk in the fest’s parade. Volunteer’s children will walk as well to hand out flyers and hold a massive banner showing Haleigh’s picture.

End result is that Haleigh had her own blanket and Misti was using the blanket that had previously been over the bedroom window to cover up with.

Picazio said that these witnesses have been hesitant to speak out because they didn't want to get anyone in trouble but now they are ready to come forward.

However, Sheriff Hardy said he and his investigators cannot prove Misty was not at the house. He said his investigators have not spoken to anyone who saw Misty outside the home the night Haleigh disappeared.

He said, "We've spent over 30 hours interviewing Misty and we've had some of the brightest law enforcement minds in the world interview her, and we can't seem to bridge that gap."

While the investigators have received information from Picazio, Lt. Johnny Greenwood with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said investigators have not received any names of individuals who saw Misty outside the home February 9th.

Sheriff Hardy said, "It goes back to the inconsistencies with Misty's stories."

What inconsistencies is Sheriff Hardy talking about? I haven't heard any important inconsistencies. Well she did first say Haleigh was wearing pajamas but later decided it was a pink Hannah Montana shirt. And she said that all three of them were in bed together but then said Haleigh was on the mattress 4 in/4 ft away. She wasn't clear as to why she woke up, was it to go to the bathroom OR to get water.

So why did Ron marry Misty....I believe that is also entwined in the disappearance of Haleigh....I also wonder if any of the teachers at Haleigh's school notified social services..usually kids talk and tell things that happen at home, at least where I teach they do and that often triggers at least a HV by our SW. Well, yes but Ron told LE that he wasn't aware that there were any cinderblocks around (I find it hard to believe that a kidnapper or anyone else would bring a cinderblock to a crime.), although I've read that there was a pile of them in the back yard. Guess it's too much trouble for Cummings to scout the property where his young 'uns will be playing. The family had only been living in the trailer for three weeks; it's possible that Misty had never had the occasion to use the block or anything else to sneak out.

According to Misty's mother, one interview session had Misty away from home for fourteen hours. I think she's gone in for questioning several times; maybe five or six.

Misty does seem addlebrained, but I get the feeling that she's doing her best to forget details. When people actually remember things they ADD to their memories, they don't subtract from them. If the investigation is hung on Misty's inconsistencies then the investigators need to do what the need to do to move on. If the solution is to arrest Misty for obstruction them so be it.

The cinder block was propping the screen door open which I assume doesn't have a keyed lock. So it seems that it was propped open to ease movement in or out. The wooden door had a deadbolt lock. If it was unlocked, it would not lock by simply closing it. It too would only be propped open to ease movement in or out.

I truly believe that Misti is not as intelligent as she could be. If you look closely at her face, she sort of looks like she might have a defect mentally like Down's Syndrome or something like that.

THE washer and dryer was not running when the cops got to the trailer. It was rumored to be on Art Harris's site in a comment made by someone else. I can not find one comment from Art himself stating that the washer and dryer were running when LE got there.

The Tracy Police Department have said they'll have a press conference at 8 tonight to report the latest findings regarding a suspicious container found this morning.


Sgt. Tony Sheneman at a press conference earlier today off Tracy Boulevard, north of Tracy. Justin Lafferty/Tracy PressTracy police have brought in an FBI evidence team to examine a suspicious black container found this morning in an irrigation pond north of town.

The container was moved to an undisclosed location, Sgt. Tony Sheneman said. According to news reports, it was transported to the county coroner's office in French Camp.

Sheneman said the container will be opened sometime tonight and said his next press conference will be at 8 p.m.
Farmworkers discovered the container in a pond that had been drained for the first time in two weeks and called San Joaquin Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m. today.

The Tracy Police Department was called, and an immediate roadblock was set up on Tracy Boulevard, close to Bacchetti and Whitehall roads, about two miles north of the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park, where 8-year-old Sandra Cantu was reported missing on March 27.

Sheneman said there is no indication that there is a body inside the container; however, a coroner's van arrived at the farm off Tracy Boulevard around 3 p.m.

(Seems strange to take the bag to the coroner's office if they don't think there is a body in there). I pray this isn't that little girl. What a darling without a care in the world as she dances down the street. This breaks my heart if it turns out she's been killed.)

Ron has said that there were no cinderblocks on the premises, but he's a liar. I've read that there was a pile of blocks found on the property, but would Misty have found those and availed herself to them? Why not just use a shoe, or a matchbook cover, etc. to keep the screen from closing? Dirty laundry held the wooden door open, it would have worked for the screen door as well. The Cummings family had only recently moved into the trailer and Ronnie had only recently started the night shift. How often would Misty have had the opportunity to go out at night?

All that said, it's improbable that anyone would drive around with a handy dandy cinderblock and just an unlikely that a kidnapper would know that there was a cinderblock nearby.

And 3 of those days (@ least) she was gone on a binge. She wouldn't have needed to prop the door open when she left then....or if she had, thinking she would be coming right back, Ron would have discovered that. And, wonder just WHO was taking care of those kids during those 3 days? LE can subpoena anyone who has talked to Picazio but who hasn't already come forward (to them). (But I find it hard to believe that people actually talked to KP without fully expecting to give information to LE.) What's the point of giving information to one attorney or another if the affiant isn't willing to speak to LE or the court?

Crystal's attorney was actually the attorney for Cobra's wife during their divorce. She did purchase a house from the two of them. Which really isn't that uncommon if the couple are just wanting to get the divorce done. Sell everything, pay off all the bills and split the leftover money if there is any.

The doors. Friday night here a 18 year old woman was killed in a car wreck right around the corner, she had been fleeing from the police over in the next county and speeds were in excess of over 100 miles an hour till she lost control and hit a pole. At first LW thought her child was in the car and been ejected, but luckily the child was with a friend and the only reason I am posting this is she comes from one of the trashiest families around these parts.

Her parents are druggies and alcoholics, they had 4 kids, a brother was run over by a car when he was walking in the middle at night on a major highway, where was Mommy and Daddy? Getting high of course and Daddy went after the guy who hit him, the guy did not see the child, he had on dark clothing and the kid walked right out into traffic, he could not avoid hitting him. Then their house if you want to call it that, burned down, I suspect arson myself but since it was no more than a shack, not much left to determine cause. They move to another shack and Daddy beats up a neighbor so bad the man almost died, Daddy got six years to 15 in prison and Mommy was busted twice for selling drugs and now their daughter is dead and instead of teaching her to obey the law and respect them, she was taught to fear them and not obey and now her daughter does not have a Mommy and I hope to God the state steps in and takes this child, and not give her to her trash granny, another pile of losers who should not have been allowed to breed!!

Now in my department, the Sheriff would not allow high speed chases, before my tenure, a deputy was pursuing a vehicle, a suspected drunk driver and the guy plowed into a family of 5 people killing them all including himself, speeds were in excess of over 100 plus and would you not know his family, also low-lifes tried to sue the department, but lost the suit, What we did instead was notify the next town over or wait till they got to their home and cited them there, they were some surprised to find out they could still be charged with drunk driving, yeah, they are caught on the dashcam in the cruisers, weaving all over the road, crossing over the yellow line etc. Now this girl here, was only going to be charged with speeding, a ticket and she would have been on her merry way, but because she was taught to hate LE, she chose to do things her way and she lost and I have no sympathy for her or her low life family and reading our local paper and posting, of course I wrote my piece in true Wind fashion, several people agreed with me, this family brings on their own misery.

Thursday, it will be two months since HC was seen alive, it will be a recovery mission just like with Caylee, this child was probably murdered within hours of being taken and all her loser parents are doing, fighting over the boy, the media has forgotten about this child too, more concerned about Ronnie and honeypie's nuptials and custody issues, the whole thing makes me sick, these people should have never been allowed to breed. Friday night here a 18 year old woman was killed in a car wreck right around the corner, she had been fleeing from the police over in the next county and speeds were in excess of over 100 miles an hour till she lost control and hit a pole. At first LW thought her child was in the car and been ejected, but luckily the child was with a friend and the only reason I am posting this is she comes from one of the trashiest families around these parts.

Her parents are druggies and alcoholics, they had 4 kids, a brother was run over by a car when he was walking in the middle at night on a major highway, where was Mommy and Daddy? Getting high of course and Daddy went after the guy who hit him, the guy did not see the child, he had on dark clothing and the kid walked right out into traffic, he could not avoid hitting him. Then their house if you want to call it that, burned down, I suspect arson myself but since it was no more than a shack, not much left to determine cause. They move to another shack and Daddy beats up a neighbor so bad the man almost died, Daddy got six years to 15 in prison and Mommy was busted twice for selling drugs and now their daughter is dead and instead of teaching her to obey the law and respect them, she was taught to fear them and not obey and now her daughter does not have a Mommy and I hope to God the state steps in and takes this child, and not give her to her trash granny, another pile of losers who should not have been allowed to breed!!

Now in my department, the Sheriff would not allow high speed chases, before my tenure, a deputy was pursuing a vehicle, a suspected drunk driver and the guy plowed into a family of 5 people killing them all including himself, speeds were in excess of over 100 plus and would you not know his family, also low-lifes tried to sue the department, but lost the suit, What we did instead was notify the next town over or wait till they got to their home and cited them there, they were some surprised to find out they could still be charged with drunk driving, yeah, they are caught on the dashcam in the cruisers, weaving all over the road, crossing over the yellow line etc. Now this girl here, was only going to be charged with speeding, a ticket and she would have been on her merry way, but because she was taught to hate LE, she chose to do things her way and she lost and I have no sympathy for her or her low life family and reading our local paper and posting, of course I wrote my piece in true Wind fashion, several people agreed with me, this family brings on their own misery.

I sure hope that your sister's former client gets a new caseworker who will absolutely not brook anymore BS or abuse from the pervert.

So sad about the little one losing the mother over something so asinine as an old ticket. Hopefully she'll end up in a home where respect for LE is taught. Our officers rarely engage in hot pursuit; they usually follow the idiot driver until other officers get the stop sticks in place. (Although every once in a while I hear one on the scanner and it's usually a doozy. Like some drunk naked guy running from peeping in windows. :rolleyes: )

I'll tell you, I've seen people who lived in trailers or who had dirt floors who had more work ethic and pride in their home than some rich slobs who won't lift a finger to care for their belongings.

Just don't know what to think about Miss Haleigh Cummings; no one seems to be looking for her, and as much as Ronnie whines and snots about the media losing focus, he probably appreciates Misty being the subject of conjecture and rumor rather than himself.

I truly believe that Misti is not as intelligent as she could be. If you look closely at her face, she sort of looks like she might have a defect mentally like Down's Syndrome or something like that.

Hey Loretta, update on our trash here! Gee, guess what? Darling daughter had a large amount of meth in the vehicle and she too, had priors for drug possession and shoplifting and DWI and at the time of the accident was still under suspension and like I said she was endangering everyone on M-30 that night and I live off that road, in fact. where she crashed is about 4 miles down the road and more crap has been coming out about her trashy family. Not only is Daddy in jail, he got additional time behind bars for shanking another inmate and stabbed him 13 times, the guy lived but he got another 5 years heaped on and Gee, would you not know the 16 year old son is also in jail? These people have or had more kids than I thought, he has older ones, the one little boy actually was playing chicken the night he was killed, Mommy and Daddy were getting buzzed with other assorted losers and you ought to see some of them holding these people into sainthood and we are all the asswipes, it would be comical if a person had not died, even though she died by her own hand, and they also had another daughter who died at birth so altogether there are/were 7 kids!

Mommy is on the welfare which is sticking in people's craws, a person who knows them says that she is getting SS for one of the kids because he is touched in the head and is getting at least $800 a month and $500 in food stamps!! Somebody who really hates these people said that right now they do not have running water or electricity, their house is more of a shack, kinda a cross between an old RV that has been added onto a pile of old lumber and 9 people at one time living in it! Apparently, paying bills cuts into the drinking and drugging money, but after this whole thing, DHS is probably going to be stepping in and are gonna start snapping those kids, I am sure they read the same postings I did and it would be a blessing, the baby is only 6 months old, she needs a real Mommy and Daddy, not her piece of crap grandma and grandpa, I mean the letters people wrote, they are more hated than I thought and one guy said to us, "don't use your real names, they have a habit of coming after people who talk smack about them" OOOOH I am shaking in my slippers, maybe they need to see my "little friend" when they show up in my yard!! HART: Of course it could. Of course it could. If you`re knocked out from taking OxyContin or something that`s going to put you in a groggy state or an altered state, and you`re out, you`re not going to hear anything, should an intruder come into your home. You`re almost close to a coma.

Let's talk...and get the facts straight!

Hello every one!

I sincerely hope that you took time this week and will do so over the weekend to consider the reality of Passover, the sacrificial Lamb and what the Lord did for each and everyone of us. But, most of all, consider what He did for you!!!

Now, before the sparks out there start a brush fire let me talk about a good friend of mine name William Staubs, aka Cobra. It seems that when I mentioned the other night on Nancy Grace that Cobra was working with me to expose the people who are actively working to implicate my son Jesse, myself AND my wife in little Caylee's murder for the sake of FABRICATING REASONABLE DOUBT to taint the jury pool it set tongues in motion. So, I figured I would do what I always do and just tell the facts.

I met Cobra on Tuesday February 10th at the Suburban Drive memorial for Caylee. He was invited by Leonard Padilla and Leonard introduced him to me. We hit it off and the next morning we got together for breakfast. It was during this time that I told him what was going on with me and this effort to destroy my son and my family. He offered to help me in any way that he could and as time went on and he began to see the evidence pile up he jumped into it with both feet. Of course my brother Cobra is a big guy and big guys make a splash when they jump into things. I tried to warn him that affiliating himself with me might put a bulls-eye on his back both naturally and supernaturally. And, it did.

Then sometime during the second week of March someone who knew me because of little Caylee and from here reached out to me for help. She had become friends with Crystal Sheffield (Haleigh's mother) and Marie Griffths (Haleigh's grandmother). She told me what was going on and was there any way I could help them. I asked Cobra to go up and speak to them to see if there was anything he could do. I was supposed to travel up with him on March 11th but could not so he went without me. I HAVE NOT ever been to Satsuma, Florida. I may have driven through Palatka one time about ten years ago but at no time since Haleigh Cummings went missing, or for that matter EVER, have I been up to Satsuma. I HAVE NOT participated in any searches nor have I done any fund raising for anyone involved. Unlike SOME MEMBER OF A PARTICULAR FAMILY & FAUX CHILD FINDING ORGANIZATION who drove up there and tried to insert themselves into it and were told by local town's people that they were NOT WELCOME and to go home and GET THEIR OWN D**N LIVES IN ORDER. That's a direct quote from an eye witness who saw it happen. So, to the people out there saying otherwise - get your story straight or just admit you are a member of TeamCaylee (and I really hate having to write her name in regards to you but it's the only way to keep the spotlight on you) and get it over with.

Before I deal with the RUMOR that Cobra and I are doing this for some big movie deal we have going I want to clarify one more point that Cobra will expound upon in the days ahead when he speaks about this.

Cobra reached out to a lawyer he knew in South Florida named Kim Picazio to see if she could help Crystal Sheffield. He brought her into the case.

Cobra then contacted a journalist he knew named Art Harris (artharris.com) to see if Art wanted to report the story.


Cobra's intent was and is to find Haleigh Cummings and figured that getting the story out there would help. Now, get ready...here comes the big one...HE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF HIS OWN MONEY DOING IT! He was not at any time working for Kim Picazio as has been reported. He was not working for Crystal Sheffiield. He was not working for Ronald Cummings even though Ronald tried to hire him; most likely to stop Cobra's investigation into Misty. Cobra will fill in the rest of the blanks during his upcoming interview but I wanted to get that out there.

Now, to the movie deal...WHAT MOVIE DEAL?! If there is a movie deal please tell me where it is so that I can see what the terms are, points and who is in what position, whether it's a back end deal, producers gross, net gross, just gross (that's not a real term I just threw that in there to see if you were paying attention) or whatever!!!! There is no deal, never was. Cobra did what he did because he has a righteous passion for children and wants to find little Haleigh. I've turned down the possibility of two PAID INTERVIEWS with two rag newspapers over the last 9-months. I DID NOT and WOULD NOT.


I cannot speak for Art Harris. I know that he is a respected journalist with his own FREE website. As far I have seen he has reported the story fairly and accurately whether on his site or on numerous news shows.

Before anyone gets self-righteous out there; do you think that any of the shows or news agencies are doing what they do for free? They get paid to do it and their stations get advertising revenue. Let's stop all the posturing and complaining about "profiteering" by these people. Until you donate your time and your show gets air time for free it's a for profit effort. So, here is what I say to the "people" out there running from forum to forum to blogs claiming we have a deal - get a name, get some proof and show it. Put up or shut up!

That's a bold and blunt as I can put it. Let's get back to the task at hand - finding a little girl named Haleigh Cummings that has been missing for too many weeks now. There is more I'd like to say but it is an ongoing investigation and I will let Cobra say what he can for himself.

In closing, to those wonderful people out there who felt it their duty to do what they are doing to my family. I gave you a chance to come clean. I gave you a chance to do the right thing before the train left the station. You didn't. In fact, you arrogantly stepped up your diabolical efforts. He told us the same thing Staubs says Page laid out for him–denied any knowledge of what happened to Haleigh. It was Misty, then soon to be bride of father Ronald Cummings, who reported Haleigh missing early Feb. 10–the day after Page last says he spoke with her. I feel like it was a kind of a rushed thing because right before she went back to him, she was with me, and she was telling me she left him because he was going to beat on her or whatever, they used to fight all the time…

I’m the mystery man. All sudden they just throw me out there as the mystery man hiding, behind the scenes, kinda makes me look guilty, ya know, how they throwed me out there, the media put me out there, ‘oh the mystery man. Instead of just saying, ‘Oh a friend.’

I just got caught up at a young age, I’m not a bad guy, and a lot of the things the media said about me, true enough, I went to jail for ‘em. But a lot of it wsa just being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

You know what I mean? The police charged me with other people’s drugs, I went through the process and beat it, but it’s still on there (my record). So it’s like a black eye, even though I didn’t get convicted…

Now they’re talking about, I worked for the cops, but I never had to do that. Now I got the same MOS as Ronald (Cummings) on the news because he had a lot of charges but no convictions. And no jail time, and I got the same kind of thing, but we’re different…

I didn’t force Misty do anything, they came to me. And we hung out, me her and her friend, Nay Nay, partying and getting high. I don’t want to be involved in all this. Period. That’s the bottom line.

Sooner or later, God‘s going to reveal it to everybody, let ‘em know the truth. And people who have no involvement will get freed out of it, and those who were actually involved will get prosecuted for it.

Hopefully people will take my side and know I’m telling the truth and could forgive me for my involvement in it, even though I have none. Just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Basically what it is

I had nothing to do with it and that’s pretty much were I stand at, you know. Don’t know anything.

When they brought me in, I didn’t know what was going on. They said, ‘We going to bring you in on this Haleigh Cummings. I didn’t think I (should have been) brought in at all, you know. I didn’t feel like I was going to be brought in because I had no involvement in it.

You know how people talk, I guess the investigators seen my phone number on her phone…and seen we had involvement and questioned her and I guess she told them and they came and got me

I was kinda worried about it (at first), but when they told me what was going on, I’m saying, ‘hey man, this is a bunch of crock, crocks of garbage, cause I know I ain’t did nothing.

Then Saturday, they (police) came back and got me and wanted me to take a lie detector test. They put this blood pressure cup on your arm and its very uncomfortable, and they ask you questions over and over again. And you get different responses in heart beat rates and all kinds of stuff like that, and they haven’t questioned me since.

I’m the good guy.

For me to pass a lie detector test and you still throw me into it…

Everything I heard about him (Ronald Cummings), he was a piece of s—. To be honest with you, know what I mean? I heard he went round robbin’ people and stealing drugs and stuff like that, I don’t know I never dealt with him. I don’t know anything about him.

(For his part, Ronald Has drug arrests but no convictions, and his attorney has denied in a press release he uses only prescription meds, no illegal drugs).

“He was on one side of Putnam County, I was on the other. If someone has the heart to take a gun and rob a drug man in a drug hole, they could be capable of anything. Cause it take some balls to go in there and just strong-arm somebody.

(Cummings denies he’s ever committed such a violent act, even against drug dealers, but that’s one rumor police sources tell the investigators have ruled out.)

Page: I let God handle my problems. I try not to worry about anything, cause God ain’t gonna take you to anything he can’t take you through. That’s my philosophy on life, you know.

We were just riding around, typical Friday and Saturday night. Just riding around having fun, just me, Misty and Nay Nay.

I don’t remember the last day, but I’m sure I like seen her Sunday.And that was the last day I seen her. But Monday, I did talk to Misty. And she told me she was at the hospital with her Dad, because her Dad had been in a car a wreck. And she said, ‘I’ll call you back, and never heard from her again.”

But I haven’t tried to contact her since because I want to stay the hell away from her.

Now I understand her parents are riding around trying to find out where I stay at, making death threats on me.

(The Croslins deny any desire to harm Page and deny making such threats).

I don’t know why they’d want to harm me. They should be more concerned about the child than to try to harm somebody else.

Harming me isn’t going got solve the problem– the child is still going to be gone. And it’s nothing can be done about it until it’s solved.

If I could put myself in their shoes, I wouldn’t be concerned about anything other than my child brought home safely.

Running around town trying to get free stuff (as Ronald Cummings has been reportedly trying to do), I wouldn’t be thinking about that stuff, just my child brought home safely.

I sympathize with the family, I wouldn’t want my child to be abducted.

Errin, I don't think that the piggies were cute, more likely than not the guy is trapping/raising/ butchering feral or wild pigs. These animals are dangerous and have been known to attack people. This is the the one major problem that I have had with that whole thing and especially with Teresa taking people out into the woods like that.

She is a native of the area, she knew that it was dangerous to have people out there that didn't know what those pigs and other people in the area are capable of. I don't know what was going thru her head at the time, but had any harm befallen any of the people that she led out there under false pretenses her butt could have been charged with something I am sure.

I have a bigger issue and it is with the local sheriff. I want to know why the FBI hasn't been called in, I want to know why they are not allowing searches to go on, and I want to know exactly what it is that they (being local law enforcement), are doing to solve this case. Because I get the distinct feeling that this is a good ole boy network and it ain't adoing much.

the basic for tattoo's after there done is you leave the plastic on for about an hour to three hour's depending on the parlor..I only know this because I have a couple of them also Haleighs name is done in old English writing..I can't stand the one of Haleighs portrait it looks nothing like her....that should of never been done for either child..I had a tattoo done after my niece passed not while she was still in the hospital and I asked my sister in law if it was ok before I did it..I just find it disrespectful towards Haleigh...this whole story upsets me very much :(...

The FBI was involved early on, but we haven't heard from them. Which should come as no surprise since we haven't heard from anyone in this case. What is being done? LE's not searching. LE doesn't want anyone else to search. LE was too distracted by the extracurricular activities of the players that they couldn't concentrate. Oh boo effing hoo.

Some time ago, there were jars for a couple who had triplets--altho the insurance did cover them, there were expenses that weren't--like gas money to travel 200+ miles and food (lodging was taken care of w/Ronald McDonald.) Anyway, dear daddy shows up with a new perm, spiffy new clothes and spanking clean white shoes!!! Seems he tho't the money was for HIS appearance!!! We saw that, don't know if people who put their change in the jars were aware that the $$ wasn't being used for what the jars indicated it would be.

Doesn't Hels usually employ more compliant minions? Re-Emily sure was talking trash on the phone, and HC didn't seem POed at all.

Constance Powers is one of the best things that evah happened to GH. She's a far better Helena than Elizabeth Taylor or Dimitra Arliss.

I didn't watch Geraldo, but all that I have read on several boards is that he didn't give her even 5 seconds, or put her pic up. It was all about some girls abducted and released in Mexico, and the pirate ship/captain hostage.

JVM showed clips of the Art Harris videotaped interview with WBG and the talk centered around Ron&Misty's personal life. It's no secret that I think that the newlyweds' personal life is integral to the case; just wish LE would make a peep. Kim Picazio stated that LE is working on the case; don't remember the exact term, but it was something along the lines of a "state of the art" investigation.

Well if this guy is to be believed it sounds like honeypie ain't no shrinking violet virgin and she digs older guys that are total losers, into drugs and other criminal activities and on Jane yesterday the talking heads discussed the art harris interview at length and once again, Jane has invited her to appear on her show and either dispute or own up to what she has done or not done and she is hiding out, haven't seen much footage of her out and about. And I totally believe that she was partying that night, doing some Oxy's and went back to the house and found Haleigh gone, and is it just me or does she sound like she is a little out of it on the 911 call?

She sounded vague and a little high if you ask me! so I looked up a link and listened to the 911 call again and she does sound vague and did not seem to know much, like what Haleigh was really wearing or her DOB and weight, something does not ring true and I can't put my finger on it, but listening to the tape, I feel that she was evading questions even that early on. And in that interview that guy claims that he knows Ronnerage has assaulted honeypie before this came down and that he was involved heavily in drug activity, nothing earth shattering, we already knew that, but it sounds like to me that she was banging this guy while she had been shacking up with Ron, maybe Junior was not off the mark, maybe the couch jumping is them going at it despite the fact that he denies being at the house that night, and my take is, he was there and not about to admit it but I believe he has nothing to do with Haleigh's abduction too. I am sadly, am thinking that this child is dead, probably killed within hours and it will take a meter reader or highway worker to find her body.

i don't think ron knows haleigh's birthday either.i guess he was at work, when she was born.
