Danny Lee Swartz, 41, of Richlands, Virginia a former band director at Richlands High School in Richlands, Virginia was indicted by a grand jury on seven counts of taking indecent liberties with a child (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1681) by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship.
Swartz, was arrested in response to the indictment returned by a Tazewell County grand jury, according to Tazewell County Commonwealth Attorney Dennis Lee.
